I have taken a regular multivitamin my whole life, I switched to this formulation and we conceived by the time I started my third bottle. I obviously can't say that it was solely these vitamins that caused it but if you are familiar with the concept of "cycle tracking", we conceived during one of my wife's first "non fertile" (also known as "green") days during her cycle which is a time where your chances are significantly lower of conceiving. The thing about supplements is that you don’t know if it’s your health condition or if it doesn’t work. My husband Finished one bottle, but we are still not pregnant. We don’t know. Might be our health issues. We are thinking about IVF.
