I didn't realize we've actually had and used these same gummies before a year or so ago but i'm not too sure why we stopped using them. They have about all the same ingredients are our flintstones except we get extra iron so with an extra supplement these are perfect! They are very beneficial and it says adults and children 4 and older which is perfect . They taste amazing and they are not tough like a lot of other gummie vitamin brands, these are very flavorful and easy to chew! My 4 year old is very very picky but will eat these just fine and i feel good giving him a vitamin from a great brand! ... show more

As any parent of a toddler knows, there's no way these kids are getting a remotely balanced diet on any given day. I love multivitamins as a way to fill in the gaps. These gummies from one-a-day are great! They taste good, are easy to chew and swallow, and are a fantastic way to feel more confident that my son is getting the nutrients he needs. The only downside with them is that they're a bit overly gummy/sticky, at least compared to other gummy vitamins I've tried. I tried one of them myself for review purposes, and it very much got stuck in my teeth. Not something I love for my toddler, but I'm making these a fun before bedtime snack, so that I'm brushing his teeth right after to ensure nothing gets left behind that will hurt his teeth. ... show more

These are gummie vitamins, so they are for ages 4 plus. The vitamin amounts on these are good, they are not too high. Also this is a name brand, so I trust that they are testing their products to make sure they are what they say they are. Our kid loves taking her vitamins every day and is very excited to have these since she said they taste good and are a good texture. My daughter loves gummies, so gummy vitamins are the best way to go for us. I use one-a-day adult vitamins so it's a brand I trust. I didn't even know they made kids gummy vitamins until I saw these. These vitamins are very tasty. You get a couple of flavors and they are really like fruit snacks taste and texture wise. They are gumdrop shaped and easy to chew. For kids the standard serving size is two and the levels of the vitamins seemed pretty normal.
