These guys are great at reaching out When I had an issue that was quite frustrating. The memory stick may be identified by windows as having viruses. To get around this, download your own copy of Lightburn, and do not use the enclosed software. Watch a video on YouTube will show you how to install the set up files and configuration files that you will need to go between your laser and Lightbourn.

Has the smaller tower and as is 60 watt with a larger field in order to use rotary you need more height Without a doubt this is a great package 60 watt fiber

Size: 100W MOPA
So far, not good. I bought the 100 W MOPA, and it is running really weak, comparable to a 15 W. I was able to get EzCad2 to work for about 24 hours before it started to error out. LightBurn has work great so far, but again, it’s putting out a really weak lase. I’m assuming it’s hardware but it could be an issue with the software. I’ve contacted the company and will update if a solution is found.
