You can choose either one as you like. 2. Q: How thick are the pads? A: It is closer to 1/2 inch. 3. Q: Can these be cut down to specific shapes or sizes? A: You can cut the adhesive down to other sizes, but we wouldn't recommend cutting the pads since fabric layer that will be ruined if you trim them. 4. Q: Would this work on a child's helmet? A: They are thick pads. If there's a lot of room in your child's helmet, then they should work fine. Couple of Tips: 1. Make sure surface is clean (Recommend using rubbing alcohol). 2.
