We bought this machine to engrave parts instead of tying up a 4-axis CNC machine to do the same thing. The laser is more versatile and does amazing quality work and you never have to worry about breaking a carbide bit! The seller was very responsive and easy to deal with. Great product and great customer service! We weren’t sure how to use some of the features of the rotary program and Julia was very helpful in making sure everything was working for us.
