This fit very well, (I’m 5’2” and 130lb) as I ordered a medium knowing I would have my flannel pj’s on underneath. The fabric is rich and deep color and fuzzy both inside and out! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars and the fabric is simply, well, weird. It’s like it was spun by android spiders out of plastic and cellophane, it’s springy to the touch and if it was twice as heavy, it could be a trampoline. However, let me stress it is soft and very warm, drapes very nicely and is perfect for chilly WA State mornings when I’m getting the fire going to heat the place. Height = 5'4" Weight= 160-165 Bust= 42C Dress= Large to X Large Bought Coat Size XL Likes: * First impression upon opening - Beautiful *Very well made. *Soft velvet "like" fabric. *Soft velvet "like" inner lining. *Beautiful embroidery on sleeves. Dislikes: *Size runs 1-2 sizes too small. (dependent on bust size and or arm thickness. *Sleeves way too short. It's about 3/4 length, not full length as shown in picture. *Coat fits me mid calf. Not full length as shown. *Coat is not taylored or tapered. It has no form. *Coat does not flow or swing as photo shows. Possibly, due to lack of fabric. *Fabric stretched like crazy. That's good for me due to it being too small. *Coat is a lint magnet. So make sure you have a lint brush ***Please take my humble opinion with a grain of salt. Why? Because dispite my observations, I still love the coat. I would love it better if I were 20 pounds lighter. Nevertheless, I'm keeping the coat. It's going too be an AWESOME BATHROBE. ... show more

I wasn't expecting to look like a wizard or a priestess when I put this coat on, but I kind of do. Something about the shape of it reminded me of Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings or something. I sewed in a couple of shoulder pads, and that made the coat look a little more normal.
