I really like these. They're not overloaded. They're well-balanced. They're affordable. They have a strong smell. It's not bad necessarily - like fruit chews mixed with protein powder. You don't taste that, they taste rich. A bit too sweet if anything. No bad effects. I've had one at a time when not eating, and 2 at the same time when eating. It has a good flavor, and a decent texture, I've never had any issues with them. I generally take them in the morning if I don't have time for breakfast, since they sit well, even on an empty stomach. So it's a convenient option, even if you usually prefer to take a normal multivitamin.
