They gotta weird aftertaste sumtimes. Eat something first before eating these or you kinda feel em in your stomach, i dunno if I feel any shift, i just wanted to up my zinc a bit, taste good though.

I really like these. They're not overloaded. They're well-balanced. They're affordable. They have a strong smell. It's not bad necessarily - like fruit chews mixed with protein powder. You don't taste that, they taste rich. A bit too sweet if anything. No bad effects. I've had one at a time when not eating, and 2 at the same time when eating. I eat a pretty broad range of foods but I don't eat a lot of volume, so I was looking for a not-too-much supplement to just touch up the gaps and this does the trick. ... show more
