I never expected to find a fiber supplement that my teenager would willingly take, but we both like these. She even offers me a dose when I'm nearby and she's taking them. They taste good and don't leave any bad aftertaste. They are a bit chewier than our typical soft gummies, but we're okay with it. Totally worth buying and trying.

They're really...dense? I suppose that's the fiber? A bit difficult to chew, if you have TMJ issues you might not like these, aside from that they taste exactly like regular sour gummy candy. If you do like them I'd suggest stocking up in cooler months, the "reusable ice pack" it was shipped with was heavy and leaking all over. I think I'll try another brand next time but I'll use these up.

Weird texture

The taste is great but they have a very chewy/rubbery texture that makes them less appealing to take than other gummies I've tried.

Only fiber supplement spouse will take

These rings are tougher/chewier than any other Olly product. That said, they're not totally ridiculous, and they taste quite nice: pleasntly watermelony. My spouse doesn't get a lot of fiber in his regular diet, and didn't take the time to mix benefiber into s glad of water or take metamucil or any of the normal supplements one might take to up one's fiber intake, but I was able to get him to try these (with a water back), and after a couple of days, he remarked that things were going better, so now he's happy to take them. I just wish they weren't so expensive!
