Very very nice lights. Well packaged. It was simple to unpack and string them for the first time. Use a little attention to detail and there is little to no tangles. I bought a 40 pack of small screw-in hooks and, using a cordless drill with a small drill bit had them up in no time. I started the timer at 6PM and they come on exactly on time and shine bright. They are beautiful lights. The only negative I can think of is just an opinion and that is I wish they had an 8 or 10 hour auto-off function versus the preset 6 hour. ... show more

Okay, I say this whole hearted. I love these. I got 2. Remote control works with both. ( so now I got and extra). If I could figure out how to get my husband to allow me to leave them up. I would. I love them. I promise you will too. They are bright but not to much.

This is the second time I've bought these lights and they work fine, I do wish that even though they have quite a few setting for the light displays, most are not that useful as Xmas lights. I end up using just 2 or 3 of the settings, so a couple more useful ones would make them an outstanding buy. You do need to be careful when installing the light string, especially when outside, that you don't bend the wire too much near the controller unit, as the wire is not high grade and will fall off with a small amount of twisting and turning the unit. You can not easily repair the wire connection, as it is inside a plastic sealed plug that would have to be cut open to access the wiring inside. ... show more

Very long and lots of lights. Quality is great and look like they will old up a long time. Cord isn't flimsy. Lights have multiple patterns and the remote works great, though the buttons are a bit small. Remote comes with a battery installed plus an additional one for future use.
