The media could not be loaded. Lights are beautiful! Always wanted an all white tree. Only problem is I am disappointed that the remote DOES NOT work therefore the lights are stuck on what I believe is twinkle flash. We changed the battery and still does not work. Spent alot of time stringing the lights (when stringing the lights, the lights were steady on), now when we unplug and plug back in, the twinkle flash is the setting it goes to and can't be changed.
