They worked out great for My Christmas Grinch Theme display. I was looking for some longer strings of LED with red and green lights that has some kind of twinkling effect and these lights worked out great! I did have an issue with one of my control function box that you have to plug your lights in with. One set of lights went out after about a week use so only half of my pole lights were working. After checking it out myself I found out the plug with the control box built in stopped working? I had another control box plug so I installed that and it was GO time again. I guess I got a bad plug in function box but the other one I had are from the same light set and it lasted throughout the whole month! It was too late to return the bad one but still giving this product a 5 star because everything in life you will come up with a dud once in awhile! Write down the control box plug specification numbers that's on the stickers on them and you can find them online fairly cheap! When the red and green lights are flashing quickly, it makes the display come alive!!! ... show more

Couldn't be happier with these lights. They turn on and off by themselves when you select the timer. Lots of options for display and nice quality. Mine have been running for weeks now and still working great. The length and number of lights covered half of my house. They're bright, but can be dimmed. These lights are perfect for my 8’ tree. The remote makes it simple to turn on & off and has timer. They have blinking, cascading, wave, & no blinking. They are easy to put on the tree due to how they are grouped together. So far very functional & durable. I have gotten so many compliments on how beautiful the lighting is. I ordered & hung these lights the end of November going into the Christmas season. I set the timer and left them up even after Christmas because we loved how pretty they looked. It’s now May and all up until now they came on every night without issue; then boom the other night I came home & NO LIGHTS!!! After only six months. I’m very disappointed because I tried contacting the manufacturer and they wouldn’t even respond. So, for $24 I guess I’ll cut my losses but if you’re looking for long term use don’t bother! {{UPDATE 5/25}}…Seller reached out to me and helped me to troubleshoot, turns out it was just a bad control box. After disconnecting the control box and plugging the lights directly into the plug, as directed by the seller’s associate, the lights came back on!! Seller has agreed to honor the manufacturer’s warranty and ship out a replacement control box. I’m very excited to have my lights back because we love how beautiful & bright our front porch looks with them on at night! *** I have received replacement lights as promised by seller, replacement lights shipped very quickly with tracking and seller also reached out to confirm if I received the replacements. These lights were a perfect pick for my 7 ft Christmas tree. I was able to wrap it around twice and then some. The lights when on max brightness are extremely bright which is great!
