I ordered & hung these lights the end of November going into the Christmas season. I set the timer and left them up even after Christmas because we loved how pretty they looked. It’s now May and all up until now they came on every night without issue; then boom the other night I came home & NO LIGHTS!!! After only six months. I’m very disappointed because I tried contacting the manufacturer and they wouldn’t even respond. So, for $24 I guess I’ll cut my losses but if you’re looking for long term use don’t bother! {{UPDATE 5/25}}…Seller reached out to me and helped me to troubleshoot, turns out it was just a bad control box. After disconnecting the control box and plugging the lights directly into the plug, as directed by the seller’s associate, the lights came back on!! Seller has agreed to honor the manufacturer’s warranty and ship out a replacement control box. I’m very excited to have my lights back because we love how beautiful & bright our front porch looks with them on at night! *** I have received replacement lights as promised by seller, replacement lights shipped very quickly with tracking and seller also reached out to confirm if I received the replacements. The Ollny lights were nice but I needed lights that I could connect multiple sets. I have returned the ones I purchased and I will be ordering from Ollny sets that have multiple connections.

And any product from this company their product doesn't last past their warranty. I used it for one season then it failed tried to get it worked the second season and now they don't even make parts to repair it they've changed the model probably knowing that their other one was a piece of crap things should be built to last instead of this throwaway world we live in I have old incandescents that have lasted for years and years and years get an LED that's supposed to last and the control box fails crap crap crap of course I missed the warranty. Because they failed after the warranty. Was up which there probably designed to do!.. ... show more
