This product was delivered with a broken tilt part, took 1 1/2 months to get them to send the part and the new one only lasted for a few weeks. Chair is supose to be heavy duty 335lb, bought for a teenager. Should had been ok. Amazon or seller did not want to refund money only to keep sending faulty parts or for full refund could return heavy chair at my cost....lesson learned, never buying furniture 3rd party again.... ... show more

Had this chair for a couple months now. I'm 5'7, 150. Pros: Chair looks good, seems solid thus far. Doesn't look or feel cheap. Works as intended. Pretty comfortable. Cons: Seat is a bit firmer than I like, but this is personal preference; I have a foam seat topper I use. (I kinda doubt a good comfort level for 300lbs). The plastic part of the lift handle is already broken, and I've only used it 4 times--it doesn't really affect functionality, just annoying. ... show more

Comfortable, wide arm rests, good back support. Plus I'm a bigger guy and feels sturdy. Not too bad assembling yourself but 2 people like they suggest would have probably made it easier.
