The OLIXIS Criss Cross Chair has been a complete game changer, especially as someone with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS). I don’t sit in standard upright positions. I tend to sit cross-legged, folded up, or in other unconventional ways, and most chairs make that uncomfortable or impossible. This chair actually supports those positions. The wide seat is the key feature. It gives enough space to move, shift, and sit naturally without pressure points or feeling cramped. I use it mainly for crafting and can sit for long periods without the usual discomfort or constant need to reposition. It’s well-padded, stable, and rolls smoothly. Mine came without wheels so I had to contact product support, and they were quick to respond and very kind and sent the wheels right away! I am a heavier lady, and this chair suits me very well. Comfortable, soft material, looks just like the picture. Surprisingly well made (thick metal on the base) and easy to assemble by yourself. Knocked off a star because of the shockingly unpleasant odor that I really hope fades out after a few days. Not a chemical odor, either; to be bluntly honest it smells like feet. Still happy with it, though.
