If this holds up like it seems to be able to do, it will be my most favorite small appliance. I love everything about it including the pretty blue. The cover plate is a genius inclusion in my book. It paid to wait the last 50 plus years to be able to afford it.

I'd planned To wait a while before I used it.Because I was looking at making bread. But I had a bunch of cake mix sitting around, and since it was quite simple.I threw together a moist strawberry cake. Flawless Operation, It looks like a kitchen aid appliance.But not much difference in the operation , I would say. I may have overmixed the batter a little , but hey , it still takes a while to get to know your equipment. I would definitely buy again.

This was a good purchase for a budget priced mixer. My wife's old table top mixer that actually her grandmother used finally had an issue, so we needed another big stand mixer. She doesn't bake enough to warrant getting a quality name brand unit for over $400. We decided on this one, and it works well. We're learning...(I help too)...on how to use these stand mixers. Not sure if all are this way, but when making some cookies with it, the sides of the bowl had to be scraped a few times, so had to stop, tilt the mixer back up, scrape, and start again. We used the paddle, and once the mix got stiff, the lock let loose and the mixer tilted to the 'up' position. We had to hold it down and we made the batch. (see pic) Maybe we should have mixed with the dough hook? It does seem to have enough power to mix most anything. She makes protein bite snacks which she usually mixed by hand, as they get stiff enough to roll into small balls. I told her to try the mixer and use the dough hook, and it worked fine and a lot less work for her. The motor did seem to bog down a little bit, but it still worked fine. Hopefully it won't damage the mixer by making it work so hard. So, overall for the money spent, it works good!!

My family loves homemade dough-based foods like buns, dumplings, and noodles, so we use a stand mixer quite often. This mixer has been a huge time-saver compared to kneading dough by hand. It mixes the dough quickly and evenly, making meal prep much easier. The build quality feels solid, and the design is compact and stylish, so it doesn't take up much space on the countertop. One feature I really appreciate is the strong suction cups on the bottom. They keep the mixer firmly in place while it's running, so it doesn't move around because of vibration. Overall, it's easy to use, works great for everyday baking and dough making, and offers excellent value for the price. I'm very happy with this purchase.

The bowl is too close to the whisk. You have to lift up the mixer when you add ingredients into a batter. You can’t see into the bowl while mixing without lifting the arm up. When you lift up the arm the whisk stops.

Not for me. Tried it once and not real fond of it. It’s ok if you do small batches, but I don’t do small batches so it’s not gonna work. Also, the paddle attachment hits the side of the bowl as it’s mixing. Can’t return it since I’ve used it once so guess I’ll give it away.

This is a fantastic stand mixer for the price, especially if you are tired of wearing out your arms making meringue with a hand mixer. The color looks great, and the accessories feel surprisingly sturdy and metallic rather than cheap plastic. The lift-up button is smooth and easy to use, making it simple to access the bowl. The only minor drawback for me is that the power cord is a bit short, meaning you have to set it up right next to a wall outlet or adjust your counter space, but overall it is a wonderful value and a huge kitchen upgrade. The noise is not that loud as I thought would be and even though is big in size is not heavy.
