The only slight annoyance was the plug for the power station was still an American Two Pin Plug even though the destination was to the U.K A small thing in the sceme of things but Q.C. should have picked it up

I wasn’t sure if I would be happy with this vacuum since I was replacing a much more expensive brand that was a POS. I’m happy with the vacuum so far. I have multiple pets so hair is a problem. I have 2 Great Pyrenees dogs who sheds like crazy. Vacuum does a good job with the hair but it fills the debris container quickly. I was vacuuming every day, now I only have to get out the regular vacuum once a week since I run the robot every day. It also does a good job on the occasional cat litter that gets tracked around. I was worried that the hair would get stuck in the wheels and brushes like the other robot that I had but that hasn’t been a issue so far. I will be adding the remote. Advise getting that as well. So far, I’m really happy with the vacuum. This little guy is more fun to watch than I anticipated. It definitely picks up the dog hair, which was the intended use, but its intrepid explorer attitude required a Star Trek sticker to complete its mission. ❤

I previously ordered one for my daughter and saw how efficient it was, I ordered one for myself! It is easy to set up and through the app you can set up a schedule for it to operate. Great job once it sets up it’s mapping. Need it to work immediately? Open app and hit start. Great job for the value.

    • Makes life easier!
I have the schedule set in the app to run twice a day and I love that my floor is always clean. It gets under the furniture really well. My hallway is slightly elevated and I wish that the robot was strong enough to push up the slant. I have to move it and then block off the other room so that it doesn’t turn around and go the other way. It’s quiet, it doesn’t bang into my furniture like another brand robot I have. I love that the app shows you the map of where it’s cleaned and where it is. Their support team is wonderful and quick to respond. My robot started making a squeaking noise after months of use and they sent me a very short video that easily walked me through how to fix it (lint was caught inside of the wheel). I love this robot and have named it after our family dog since it likes to eat as much off the floor as she does. A must have if you have hardwood/tile in your house! ... show more

I have new white high-gloss tile floors. I chose this model because it does not have a beater brush. The suction is great. One time one of the wheels dragged on the floor and left a gray mark, which had to be scrubbed off.

    • Worked 3 times then stopped
So disappointed, even when fully charged it will leave the charging base and go one foot away and die… I’ve gotten an OKP robot vacuum before and it lasted over a year, this one didn’t even last 2 weeks and now I can’t even return it because it’s over the 30 days.
