    • To get a replacement is stupid.

The item arrived defective. Would not power on and made this odd electric buzzing noise. I thought it be simple to just send me replacement from Amazon but they won’t replace this like normally. Just give you a refund if you return it. The company that makes them don’t just replace it either on promise to return the broken one. No they want you to send them email with the Amazon order number and video showing it broken and they get back to you. Their whole process to get a replacement could take up ten business days or longer. You Berger just returning or buying a new one but because this been such a let down for her she does not want to buy another one and so now a I have a upset wife to sad father’s looking forward to all have matching scooters to rice together. I bought a scooter from okai, it failed on the 2nd day, I wrote to okai, they gave me a barcode, and I shipped it. A full month passed, I called every week, I sent an e-mail, and finally the scooter came, they changed the broken iron on the front side with brown. It was faulty, it wasn't working. At the moment, they didn't fix it, they ate my 1 month and stole their iron. ... show more

I had made a review stating in no conditions could I get to the stated max Mileage and that it was mathematically impossible with the voltage and watts. I was told to contact the company and they were trying to sell me a battery for more than I paid for the scooter. Less than a year later the battery has degraded so bad it died at 1 mile every 10% with a max speed of 12mph. Their store no longer sells the battery, and third parties sell it for WAY more than the scooter on the average sale price (right now it's $385 while a battery is over $400). Customer support is non-existent and then my charger FELL OFF (the plug physically fell off, it always stays on my wall) AND THEY WANTED ME TO BUY THEIR COMPANIES CHARGER FOR $60. if you try to find a matching charger anywhere it's near impossible as they specifically picked a very specific charger (8mm 54v) and I ended up finding on on eBay for $13. Update 2: realized a big reason the battery sucks is they gave me faulty tires, they still havent gotten back to me about this new issue. The reason this goes on sale a lot is because this is barely what is advertised, seller ignores anyone outside of Amazon, do not buy unless you or someone you know can mess with scooters Update 3: i sent in a total of 4 inquiries until i gave up and got someone else to do it. All they had to do was answer my inquiries to fix the scooter and now it works nearly as advertised. still awful customer service ... show more

I've had this for almost a year almost hit 500 miles. The handlebar is held with 4 screws that I have to tighten a bit often but I have an Allen wrench and it's not that scary or noticeable because there's 4 and only 2 get loose. I like this scooter so much I want another scooter for friends to ride with me. ... show more

Item is so trash. It stops working after two months. They’ll offer to fix it but you have to pay to box it up, they’ll send you shipping slip. They’ll get it then say whatever is wrong is out of what their warrantee covers, or lie and tell you it is fixed, then to get your broken scooter back you have to pay their $75 diagnostic fee AND return shipping with after the $60 box and packing supplies is about the cost of the scooter itself. Scam company. Working with Amazon now about getting money back, then gonna call my credit card company. Really sucks. ... show more
