Edit - the smart app feature is included in this. I was bored and decided to try it even though I thought it wouldn't work but it does! Was easy to install. Works great and runs quietly! I have never purchased a fan like this from Amazon, but found it to be as top-notch quality as something you'd buy at a store. I really like the simple black modern appearance. Note that the app operation does not come standard on this, as the listing sort of implies. You have to buy an extra wifi attachment, which we did not. It puts off a good breeze. We are satisfied for the money.

Great fan. Super quiet which is a huge plus for me. I need to have a fan on when I’m sleeping, but I don’t wanna hear any noise from it so this is perfect. The blades are nice and long, so there is a wonderful breeze. We did a flush mount out so that it stays close to the ceiling. It was super easy to install. Love the remote control. Makes it easy to adjust the flow. Very sharp looking. Truly a great fan for our bedroom.

I was remodeling a bedroom and wanted to modernize it a bit from the Westinghouse fans I installed when I bought the house in 2008. They had that older school look, but this is a guest bedroom, so spending $200 on a fan that will be used a few times a year doesn't make a lot of sense. I found this fan for a good price and bought two of them for two separate projects. Installation is straight forward. You just need to make sure you pay close attention to the proper orientation of the small connectors from the fan controller to the fan, and from the fan to the light. I'd say the installation was about as easy as a normal drop fan. I'm not going to mislead you by saying this fan feels high quality. It feels adequate, but it's probably 1/3rd the weight of the older fan I took down of the same size. There are no bells and whistles here. WIth that said and considering the price, this is a good buy. It has a large amount of control from the remote, is dead silent, supports dimming and cool/warm adjustment on the light, had more speeds than any other fan I have, and was balanced upon installation. The remote feels like a cheap toy though and this is not a fan I would put in say my living room where it will see a lot of use. I did not set up the app control since that seems overkill for my particular use case. It moves a decent amount of air on higher settings, though it feels less than the older fan did on high. I just hope it holds up. I had the same Westinghouse fan I removed in my master bedroom for about 14 years and it saw a LOT of use, and it was working just as good as the day I took it down as the day I installed it. Something tells me that probably won't be the case with this fan.

I bought 2 for the addition I had put on the house. I have installed many ceiling fans in the 5 houses I have owned. These are the most flimsy I’ve ever experienced. They are also the first ones I have ever had to put completely together before putting them up on the ceiling bracket. I was very happy that there was a cable & hook to get the fan up & hold them so I could plug the wiring in from the receiver. These are also the first ones I’ve ever installed that work solely from remotes, but that in itself made the wiring easier. Now once everything was hooked up, I had a heck of a time getting the remote to sync up to the receiver in the fan housing. The instructions said I could sync both Fans on one remote, but I was unable to do it, I was lucky to get the remotes to sync to their own fan. It also said the fan would beep once it synced to the remote, it did not. These remotes are so flimsy, I was afraid to press the buttons too hard or they’d break ( the plastic is about 3 steps up from cellophane). Also in the instructions it tells the buyers to remove batteries from remotes when not in use…… WHAT??? I think they must be a fire hazard. I have never had a product that runs off of remotes that say to remove batteries when not in use ( another first). All that being said, I don’t recommend these fans… there’s absolutely no quality to these fans. The LED light cover is also cheap plastic. I got what I paid for……Junk!

The Ohniyou 52" ceiling fan looks great and feels well built once installed. The design is modern and fits nicely in the room, and the light is surprisingly bright and works really well for everyday use. For the price, it definitely feels like a good value overall. The only concern I have is with the airflow claims. The product description lists a CFM rating, but I didn’t see any CFM information on the actual product or packaging when it arrived. Because of that, it’s hard to confirm if the advertised airflow is accurate. While it does move air and works fine for my space, it doesn’t quite feel as strong as the specs suggest. Overall, it’s a solid ceiling fan for looks and lighting, just a bit unsure about the advertised airflow performance.

Best fan I have ever had. The quality is amazing. All the features it has is unreal. I recommend using the app as well. Do not forget to plug in the cord where the light is at or fan will not turn on. The size is perfect. The lights are godly with different tones and all dimmable. Everything about this fan is adjustable! Remote control is easy and I keep it by my door incase I leave. Do not make the same mistake I did and purchase a dimmable switch. You will start a fire everything is handled by phone or remote.
