We have been looking for a reasonably priced, quality sectional for over a year. The reviews on this couch and the fact that they had sunbrella fabric as an option made us give this one a shot. We are so glad that we did! The shipping arrival estimate was a month away, and while we would have accepted that, we were hoping to have it in time for memorial day weekend since we had family coming to town. I reached out to the company (I ordered on May 7) and just asked them if there was anything they could do to get it shipped sooner than 9 days (that is what was listed when we purchased the couch). They didn't respond but the couch showed up just 4 days later on May 11! We did NOT expect that! I was bowled over with that customer service. And they delivered everything at once, on a pallet, and scheduled the delivery with us over text. It literally couldn't have been any easier. The couch came already assembled and with all the cushions, plus everything was in perfect condition. We couldn't be happier! I'll update this review with a better picture when it stops raining, but look at the cover that this couch comes with! It's huge and allows you to cover the entire sectional and coffee table without moving anything.

Yes it is expensive. Yes it is probably just as expensive as your couch that is in the living room that you bought from Value City. And you are thinking--Why on Earth would I Pay $1,000+ for a wicker patio set that sits outdoors and I probably will use it only a fraction of the time as my other couch? Well the answer is simple--IT IS BUILT TO LAST! I did my research on patio furniture with a price point of around $700-- And yes there are a lot of patio furniture options at Lowes & Home Depot for that price point....But I did not want to be shopping next year and the year after for replacement parts for discontinued models and cushions that don't quite match the color of the initial furniture. I just want something that can stand up to the test of time from a company that has stood the test of time. Ohana is the answer. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I ended up biting the bullet and buying this lovely bunch of coconuts right before Memorial Day weekend for $1199. Much to my satisfaction I received a phone call from Ohana the VERY NEXT DAY stating that they are crediting my account $100 because they are having a sale for Memorial day and rather than me cancelling the order and replacing it--they will just credit me the difference in price! GOLD STAR FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. BOOM! ALSO, you can by replacement parts, set additions, and replacement cushions on the ohana website...double bonus! DELIVERY: So within a week, I get a call from the freight company and they deliver this sucker right into my garage at 830am. I had to get to work by 9:15 and they were prompt (Maybe even early!). One signature later and the delivery guy was out of my hair and I was off to work. ASSEMBLY: Anyone who has any issue with putting this together probably doesn't even know how to put gas in their gastank. Each box holds 2 wicker seats and the cushions are wedged in the base of each chair. so literally all you are doing is placing the cushions on and figuring out how you would like the set to fit on your patio. Its not overly large (see pics). Wicker: feels surprisingly sturdy and will easily stand the test of time. Cushions: A little firm but otherwise very well put together. haven't had it long enough to determine if they will quickly fade but I can honestly say I am quite happy with the size/color/design/complete experience with this seller Cover: I keep my cover on when not in use and simply store the cover underneath the hollow coffee table (out of sight) when I am using. The clips that come with it are great to hold the entire system together so that the individual pieces are not sliding on the deck. These do slide a little bit if we don't clip them together so I have two pieces tied together to limit sliding but still able to move when needed.

We recently received this item and so far we are enjoying it very much. There are a few pros and cons that I must mention for the readers however. Pros- there is virtually no assembly required, it looks great and was easily configured in it's new place, it seems sturdy albeit it is very lightweight. Cons- (although this is not an issue for us) it is not very large, meaning we are not tall people and I would be concerned that the height would be an issue if we were, the cushions have velcro to keep them together, but not to keep them on the furniture. As a result, the wind can ( and does in our area) blow the cushions off. We have decided to put velcro on the furniture to hold the cushions down (so not a big deal). While speaking of the cushions, they are ok, but not very plush (a little stiff, hopefully it will become more comfortable with time). This furniture was advertised by Amazon to go with the Outland Fire table, which we bought too and although it is beautiful together, the table seems a little tall for the furniture, mainly in terms of the heat aspect of the table. The heat rises of course and we lose some of the benefit of it. All of that being said, I would still give this product 4.5 stars and I would definitely purchase it again. We have already gotten several compliments and spent hours enjoying it.
