** Things I love: ** - Color (the black and yellow is so awesome!) - The pillow headrest - The footrest - The lumbar support and the massager - Easy to assemble (took me about an hour by myself) - Wheels don't roll around too easily (this is important because my office has a floor that's definitely not level, so in my old chair, I'd find myself randomly rolling backwards and I'd have to constantly scoot forward; not so with this chair) - Comfortable for 6+ hours of sitting (although around 8 hours, my butt starts to get a little sore) ** Things I don't love: ** - The arm rests pivot in and out to make it easy for however you want your arms resting, but they pivot a little *too* easily, all it takes is a simple nudge and the arm rests click into another position (horizontally, not vertically - the vertical adjustment works just fine) - After only about 3 weeks of having this chair, it's already squeaking every time I move. Not sure if I tightened the bolts too much? - While the assembly was very easy, the first step of putting two of the legs on the wheel base was tricky, and I don't know if this was just me being dumb (which is a good possibility LOL), but the yellow plates need to be taken off *before* snapping the legs into place, and even then, it was difficult. I made my husband put them on because I was struggling. This step was not included in the directions, so something to keep in mind if you get this chair. - While I do love the built-in massager, really it is nothing more than a little motor that goes in the lumbar pillow and it's just kind of stuffed in there as if it was an afterthought. It does the trick, though. - Footrest is great but does feel a little flimsy like if I jolt too hard on it, it'll snap. Also, the footrest definitely works best with the chair in the recline position; if you have the footrest pulled out while the back of the chair is in the full upright position, it feels like you're going to tip over. ** Final thoughts ** Overall, I really do love the chair, just a few little things that I've noticed and I wanted to give my full and honest review for anyone who's shopping for reliable gaming chairs! Brilliant. While this is in fact my first "gaming chair" specifically, I have been a gamer, in chairs, for a very long time. IBM DOS was still a thing long ago. Microsoft wasn't a thing yet long. I have also spent an inordinate amount of time in desk chairs for my career... which, oddly enough, was not programming (I got pissed when IBM sold DOS to some unheard of startup that COMPLETELY CHANGED THE FRIKKIN LANGUAGE!!!). My daughter and I both bought the same chair in different color schemes. Months later, couldn't be happier on all fronts. Only thing I could see improvement in is the pivoting of the arm pads - one more click inward would make it address a fuller range of positions one accesses their human interfaces at. Keyboard and mouse aren't the only gaming interfaces out there. Some require your arm to be more centralized that the current limit allows Perhaps slightly less cupping to the arm-pads, if changing the pivoting is not feasible structurally (which I doubt). That cupping interferes with compensating for the lack of cross-body angle for center located joystick (I am referring to a flight stick specifically, but the same issue arises with a steering wheel. The arms are about 15 degrees shy of where my arm needs to be for that reach. A flatter surface to the pads would remove that issue entirely. Not a huge problem at all, and easily accommodated for, but one that requires addressing on long gaming sessions. Still a fantastic chair and I can't suggest it enough. Fully recommend. ... show more

This chair arrived promptly and was packaged neatly. It was quick to put together. It's also very cute, but even if it wasn't, I'd probably keep it because it is the comfiest office chair I've ever had. I suffer from chronic issues with my joints, and my neck starts hurting pretty immediately if sitting in a poor position. Most office chairs hurt like hell for me. Well, I am able to position this thing so there is no strain on my neck at all! My neck is fully supported when reclining just a tiny bit, and arranging the little pillow. I can work for hours in this chair! The footrest isn't the sturdiest, but I don't use it much, and I'm not very big (5'4, 120lbs). My husband tried it and said he wouldn't feel comfortable using the footrest, but that he loved the chair itself. He's gonna buy himself one now! I recommend this chair to anyone! ... show more
