This stuff works great! I cleaned my hot tub today and the water looks pristine. I wish I had taken a picture of all the gook that came out of the jets. My hot tub is back to perfect conditions and I’m happy knowing that this product saved us from hidden algae and biofilm.

I think this worked great. I had a snafu in that my hot tub cycled off after 20 min and I didn’t realize it. But after the first 20 min, there was a significant amount of greenish gunk floating. I cycled it 3 times to equal the recommended hour and then now we feel we have a healthy hot tub.

This works very well to get hot tub clean. Not much scrubbing needed. It’s easy to use and not a strong smell.

My hot tub had a dirty sock smell so I knew it was past time to give it a deep clean. I bought this cleaner to give it a good rinse first. Based on others pictures on here I was waiting for some serious nasty gunk to come out. I have mixed emotions because I barely had any but felt better at the same time knowing it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. I will be using this everytime I do a deep clean on our tub. I know it worked as there was a bunch of foam and it did pull out some dirt and some other green stuff I'm not sure what it was. But the smell is gone and the water isn't foamy anymore. ... show more

You don't even realize you need this until you use it. Absolutely gross what cleans out of the lines. Very easy to use. I have religiously maintained my tub.and was shocked to see what had been accumulated in the lines Will use every water change.

I was expecting it to be stronger. After I used 8 ounces and waited an hour, nothing was happening, so I poured all 16 ounces in 250 gallon hot tub. That’s when I started to see some green gunk come out after another hour. Hosed the tub and drained it thoroughly, and even after I filled it and turned it on the biofilm was everywhere. Ended up just dumping a bunch of chlorine and letting it run all night, then emptied it again and refilled. Now it’s clean. But this product really isn’t going to do the job on its own besides routine maintenance. Don’t recommend for built up biofilm. ... show more
