Best pool purchase I have made yet! We have a fiberglass pool in our new construction. We don't have grass yet and we have a very big dog that loves to swim... He plays in the dirt and then jumps in the pool, over and over and over again. Needless to say it has been impossible to keep the pool clean and manually vacuuming it was taking me over an hour. I looked at a bunch of different robotic vacuums and ended up going with the Ofuzzi. So happy with it! It picks up so much dirt and debris that the dog drags into the pool. I run it every couple of days and it has saved me so much time vacuuming. No problems going up the incline. It's easy to clean when it's done running. I'm still impressed with how much it picks up. It's not going to get your pool spotless, but it does a pretty good job! It definitely exceeded my expectations!! Can't beat it for the price ... show more

    • Very intuitive to charge, use, and clean. Felt robust and did clean the pool well.
The media could not be loaded. I wished I had taken a picture of the cleaner's filter and debris chamber, it picked up so much dirt. Its fine mesh filter also captured many small particles while still yielding to quick release and clean up. I was surprised by how intuitive the robot was to use and clean. The water jet nozzles were easy to read and adjust. The top shell was also intuitive to remove to allow for cleaning. Out of the box, I charged it for 5 hours and it ran in my pool for a little over 2 hours, may be 2.5 hours. While this is a new robot, I will keep an eye out for its battery performance. During the cleaning cycle, it robot was able to go up walls, adjust its own travel route. The blinking light was also helpful to let me know it's still doing its job. After the cleaning cycle, its lights blinked red and it parked near the pool's edge allowing me to pick it up with its floater rope. Some important notes are that my pool is irregular shaped, however, the bottom is fairly flat so the robot was able to travel throughout. A slight slope of the bottom did exist near the pool stairs, such that this small area was one that the robot wasn't able to climb up. I am not sure if that slope is more than 15 degrees as the manual suggests. Overall this is one product that I really enjoyed from Amazon. ... show more

7/10/23 - I was finally contacted by the manufacturer once I put my review on Amazon. They did honor the warranty and sent out a new machine and the replacement is working well. Although the problem was never diagnosed with the old unit, I believe the battery went bad in less than a year. I also wish the unit came with a flip up handle to retrieve the unit when the string detaches. Another suggestion would be to have better customer support when trying to troubleshoot the issue. The manual is very vague. I would also offer spare parts for the machine such as a replacement battery. The unit was used briefly last year. When it was time to open the pool this year, the unit did not work. There is no customer support phone number nor did they answer their emails for tech-support or customer service. I would not recommend this pool cleaner at all. Amazon, shame on you for selling such a crappy product. ... show more

    • My daily cleaner
So at first I had issues with the robot not completing its cycle. I contacted the seller and after troubleshooting they sent a new unit. So far so good. This robot picks up ypretty much everything from the pool floor. It will keep up any dead algae at times, but also sucks some up too. Leaves, bugs, sand… all sucked up nicely. I still have to use my manual vacuum (water blaster w/ filter) to go around the edges since I have a round pool and the robot can’t get the crevices. It doesn’t climb the wall but it goes up a little with the momentum it has. It’s still not completing the cycle each time (wall to wall) but my pool floor has been clean since using it. Charging does take all of 4/5hrs on average. VERY IMPORTANT, lift the robot out the poo straight up with no angle to ensure the waste deinstalled fall back in the pool. I typically pull the string up slowly to balance it and the. Grab one handle then the next and pull it out the water evenly. It will leak if you pull it out on angle.     • Died after 90 days. Guess I got what I paid for.
Initial review is below... Was very happy with the device until last week I noticed one of the 2 charging prongs had become corroded. You are instructed to make sure device is dry before connecting charger, Aside from blowing on it or letting it sit out in the sun (or breaking out a blow dryer) not sure how else you can make sure no moisture gets in. There is a rubber cap that is supposed to seal water away from the charging prongs. Eventually it corroded to the point it broke off. Impossible to fix. Lasted 90 days. I have since spoken with a pool company and other pool owners who all agree ya need to pay closer to a $1k for a cordless robot pool cleaner if you expect it to last more than one Summer. Lesson learned. We hated the old vacuum and the cumbersome hose. We wanted a truly cordless device. This is so easy to use. It zooms around and does a fantastic job. We drop it in the pool in the morning it runs for about 90 minutes, removes silt, bugs (and our dog's fur). ... show more

    • Works great until it stops working at all.
I was very happy to get this cleaner as it worked great, was easy to use and saved me so much time and effort to manual clean my pool. The problem now is it stopped working, Ofuzzi has no phone numbers and has not replied to 2 emails requesting a return label which is their policy under the warranty period. I will update if they ever respond but as of now I am stuck with a broken cleaner. Update 12/14/24: I finally received a response from Ofuzzi first week of Dec. they sent a new charger out which wasn't the problem, my description should have pointed to a bad battery/internal issue. They sent out a new battery/module and instructions and pictures on self installation which was simple and quick to install. Charged yesterday and it ran this morning without issues. Fingers crossed the battery module continues to work after the 12 month warranty period as it really is a great little robot vacuum. Very simple design and it just works!!
