This is by FAR the most uncomfortable office chair I have ever sat in during my 33 years on this planet. It feels like cardboard and has zero cushion what so ever. The casters were hard to put on and then once you attach the base of the chair to the seat itself it is literally impossible to unattach. You know how sometimes two pieces need to “click” together, but once clicked you aren’t able to unclick them? That’s what we’ve got going on here… so then I proceed to sit in my fully assembled chair only to find out .5 seconds later that it is going to be returned (remember the lack of comfort I explained above). Well it’s been a nightmare to return. I processed my own return through the app and it would only allow me to do a UPS return. Because you cannot uninstall the seat from the base it won’t fit in the box it arrived it although the return tells me to package it in original packaging. First person I get on the phone at Amazon customer service tells me to just have the base and wheels sticking up out of the box. Now if you have ever shipped something in your life, you know UPS would never accept a package boxed like that. So I go ahead to UPS and explain the situation and they inform me that it will be $75 to repackage the chair for shipment. Umm, 50% of what I paid for the chair- no. So I try going to the Amazon store and the nice man there tells me he will take it back without the box, but they can’t because the code is a UPS return code, not Amazon store. I call Amazon again and explain all of this and so she redoes my return to try and get an Amazon code - nope she can’t and I am stuck with UPS. And after getting transferred to a manager, you know what she has been instructed to tell me to do - get another box at home and turn it upside down and tape it all together. Nightmare. Do not buy this chair.

I ordered this chair and then changed my mind. So I cancelled or I thought that I did Opened the door one day and saw the chair delivered. Assembled - wonderful, elegant chair I paid less than I spend in a grocery store buying several items - chair is $75 and 1 organic red pepper almost $5 in Publix in Florida.

Desk chairs can be sooo expensive and ugly, so I was thrilled to find this inexpensive, cute chair for my home office. It was easy to assemble, it's comfortable, helps me to sit up nice and straight, and it's very chic. I'm only 5'4", but it is the perfect height for my back and the perfect height for my arms to rest comfortably on the sides. It stays upright while I am working away, but then when I lean back into it, it gives way just a little for a nice, minimal recline. I definitely see what people are saying about the welding on the metal, but what do you expect for the price? and besides, you can't even see those details because it comes with a piece to put over it, and yes, the piece is flimsy plastic, but you literally can't even tell when you are looking at it (see photos for examples). I 10/10 recommend this chair!

Very easy to put together. Like others said you really have to push the wheels in but they click. The wheels are good they move effortlessly with the chair. Comfortable and good back support for smaller people. This chair is definitely for small petite people. I am very comfortable and it’s a perfect fit at 5 2 but someone taller might not be as comfortable. I hope it holds up well. And is stylish most office chairs are ugly this one is cute.
