This is a direct thermal printer, which I will primarily use for printing 4x6” shipping labels. It came well packaged, set up easily on my MacBook Air, auto-detected the size of my shipping labels, and printed nice readable labels at a fast speed. It seems well built and the included instructions were clear and got me printing pretty quickly. And I’m new to thermal printers, not an expert. I just followed the instructions in the manual, which are written for both Windows and MacOS, and had no trouble setting up the printer, loading the labels, and getting a good quality print on the first try. I think the main issue is just making sure your printer settings (paper size, orientation, etc.) are set properly. Included in the box are the printer, power cable, usb cable, usb adapter, usb drive with software, the manual, and some labels. It also included a bonus label stand that will accommodate labels up to 4x6” either folded or on a roll. This model prints at 200mm/s vs. the 150mm/s that seems more common, at the same 203 DPI resolution. While speed isn’t my primary concern, I thought maybe that was an indicator this printer was more “commercial grade” as advertised. It prints labels from 1.57” to 4.1” wide, which isn’t as large of a range as some other printers but works fine for me. Note: I got the USB version, so this review doesn’t cover the bluetooth version and wireless features. Overall, I’m very happy with this printer. It seems high quality and everything is working as intended. I hope this review was helpful, and I will update it if anything changes.

This Thermal Label Printer, OFFNOVA 200mm/s High Speed 4” x 6” is really a dream to use and has a super simple setup processes that takes just a minute or two on my iMac. I was up and running printing my shipping labels in just a matter of minutes. Also noteworthy is how fast it prints one the mouse is clicked, (No lag time at all). The print quality is very good and I really like it. One of those machines that just works right out of the box and keeps on working. I like that and I like this. I 100% recommend it.

Make sure to read the manual prior to setup, otherwise it takes a really long time to figure it out. The printer itself is great, everything is included. It connects without much effort and prints fast. Very basic, but efficient.

I did have some trouble with this printer out of the box. It was reading the wrong label size. It tells you how to reset it, but I was having trouble getting that to work. Their tech support was efficient and got me printing labels in no time. It is not wireless or Bluetooth or anything like that. It has to be plugged into a computer. It's compact and fits next to my computer nicely. The label holder is a nice addition.

This printer is a game changer for my small business. I’m now able to print labels very quickly without having to worry about using my personal printer and using all my ink. No more trying to align the labels correctly in a printer, you just slide them into the thermal printer, press the button and it’s all set. The print quality is excellent and it’s so fast!!!
