Our K1 Max printed fast and beautifully. Until it didn't. The extruder failed before we had gotten through the first reel of filament. When I removed the extruder to clear what I thought was a clog, I noticed the PTFE tube that should be between the extruder and heat break was missing entirely.

Great printer that is quiet, fast, and prints well out of the box. The only issue is that it is missing the door handle unit. Not that it broke off somewhere; it was never installed.

I wasn't aware that I would not be able to use prusaslicer for the K1 series. Pretty annoying.

The first printer I got had problems leveling the bed and kept giving me bed leveling error codes I refunded it I got sent another one and this one is having resonance problems that was the other printer didn't have whenever the print head moves on the x-axis it creates a loud vibration which causes ringing in the print this is with input shaping turned on I will wait a little until the quality control issues are fixed on this printer

Product arrived damaged - Structural Damage and Damage to internal wire housing. For the money... after looking at this thing up close.. The lidar is there for gimmick, not really being utilized properly. You're basically paying $300 for an enclosure and a webcam. The size and speed and be achieved for much less. This thing is cheesed up. The fact the the frame came damaged is a problem. Amazon Large items picked it up, awaiting refund. Im going to check out Bambu Lab A1 mini 3D Printer. Will add photos soon.
