I have no complaints about this chair! It was easy to put together and the instructions were really clear, especially with the video added in here. The chair looks really nice and feels really comfortable. The recliner and leg rest works perfectly! I don’t understand why anyone would have any problems with this, maybe it’s just different preferences. However ,if you are looking for a great chair with a great price then this is the one to go!

Will be ordering one for myself as this one was for my husband. I sat in it (I am a bigger woman) and it was so very comfortable! No issues with assembly and is the perfect gaming chair but could work in just about any office setting as well

I ordered this for my husband and he absolutely loves this chair. He's 6'5 and 280 pounds! I was afraid he wouldn't be comfortable in it. But he loves his chair!! They only complaints I've heard is it being leather. So he puts a blanket down when sitting in it.

Update: the company contacted me and offered to replace or partially refund the chair because of the wrong color. I am enthusiastically giving them 5 stars. Happily, the chair was delivered earlier than expected. That earns a star. Sadly, it was not the black and white I had ordered, but the solid black. Minus a star. However I purchased a cover for it, so it really is not that big a deal. By myself, it took about 30 minutes to put together. I barely had to look at the instruction manual. The only screws I had any issues with were for the back of the chair, but I figured that was where a lot of stress was carried, so being a nice solid tight fit made it feel secure. Two stars. Overall it is comfortable, and the little accent pillows can be adjusted a bit to make it more of a custom feel. One star. And while the foot prop part does not seem particularly sturdy, it does well just to put my legs up. One Star. I would not suggest having a kid or pet sit on that part. All in all I am pleased with this purchase.
