I purchased this BestGlory big & tall chair a few weeks ago and I’m very pleased with it. The seat is wide and deep enough for my larger frame, and the tall backrest supports my entire spine—shoulders, back and even the neck. According to the product description it supports up to 400 lbs.  The PU leather upholstery looks premium and is easy to clean. The reclining function with the footrest is a nice bonus—when I’ve been working for many hours, I can lean back, extend the footrest, and truly relax. I needed a chair that could handle long workdays and actually support my back, and this one has been a pleasant surprise. The faux leather looks way nicer than I expected—soft, smooth, and it hasn’t scratched at all even with my cat jumping on it. Since I bought the chair I've had an issue arise that challenges the claim that that chair was a 400 pound weight limit. I weigh 225 pounds In 2018 I 305 so I'm coming down good when I bought the church would look nice it looked comfortable and it's sitting down at a weight level of 400 pounds for a big and tall people. I called them and well here's the email that I sent them. "Recently I bought a chair from Amazon that your company manufacturers. Let me start by saying I love the chair It's the most comfortable office chair I've ever purchased I'm 64 years old. However there is a flaw in the assembly that holds the wheels. I have a screenshot of the order. The bottom part of the assembly that holds the wheels, 3 of the arms have twisted and folded under. Now, I weigh 230lbs and the chair has a weight limit of 400 pounds I thought that would not be a problem but apparently there might be a design flaw, you might want to reclassify the chair lower than 400 pounds or just give it a stronger base. The individually attached arms with two screws really takes away from the support capability of that thing. It should be one piece, arms and all would function a lot better. By using that particular manufacturing scheme, every place that you have the two screws to fasten individual arms to the assembly base creates a weak point because of it. I understand that part for better shipping. But without wheels, it's kind of useless especially when the wheels fold under and you fall out of your chair. I'm alright don't worry. It was comical believe me. The person on the phone was kind patient and helpful and I appreciate that. I'm gonna put all the good things in my review. Don't worry it's not going to be a bad one, it's going to be a very good one actually, I'm going to highlight customer service and the fact that I seriously love that chair. Seriously though man, this this chair goes into a full recline no problem and I haven't experienced any other chair that actually did it right. So again I love the chair. I love the customer service If you don't weigh as much as I do you might you know go ahead buy the chair but I hopefully they'll fix the flow all they have to do is slap another assembly on it and it'll be fine. I removed a star for the flaw. The pictures are three separate arms.
