Cons: Only one really, the arm rests are too low to actually rest your arms , only my wrists reach the arm rests when my arms are relaxed and to my side. Ugh I wanted to love this chair because of the reviews, it was well within my price range, and it was pretty cute looking… but we received it and the holes for the arms were off so my boyfriend had to drill new ones.. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, I purchased this for our home office now that I’m starting a remote job, and I can barely stand half a shift in this chair. Im just standing at this point. It is SO UNCOMFORTABLE. The seat of it is completely flat w little to no cushion. I even tried putting a pillow on it and it’s eh. I finally just brought a dining room chair in my office for the time being until I go find a better chair. The kicker tho? There’s no option to return it! Says they’ll refund me my $40 if I pay $177 in return shipping 🤣🤣🤣 Lesson learned… never again. Gave it 2 stars cauz it’s cute tho

Nice comfortable chair with amazing support from the seller. My unit came in nice enough but had one wheel that was broken. My guess is from shipping. The company was very responsive and sent me out new wheel replacements. Been using it for two weeks now and really like the chair.

ill get the 1 positive thing out the way 1st over all it has an ok comfort level if it dont break on you 1st but the material use is bad thats why they were able to sell it at a very cheap and affordable price but once you sit it in the plastic bar on top back of chair flexes and i was worry it was going to break the 1st day but it ened up breaking within a week and in the pic i show you up close where it broke but if your wondering whats the metal plate that was me trying to repair it myself and the other negative is the arm rest sit to low for adults but for kids its just fine but over all i would say stay away from this chair spend a little more to get something thats better built quality i hate making bad reviews but the people should be aware of certain products

This is an excellent office chair for the price and looks incredible in my office. It’s a little small for me so if your taller than 5’10 and 200 pounds, this might be too small for you 😬, but the assembly and support for my back were both executed well but the size is a bit lacking. It’s a good thing though because if it was too comfortable I wouldn’t want to stand up and stretch once and a while and you know what they say; sitting is the new cancer. And by ‘they’ I’m talking about people that try to sell you pricey office chairs 🪑

I read you could leave the arm rests off if you wanted to but the back rest is attached to the armrests. The price is good for the qualify of the chair. I think it will last a few years but I bought the Allstate insurance on it. Update: There is a warranty card in the chair box. If you register your chair and a review then you will receive a $20 Amazon gift card. When I tried to register my chair to get their one year warranty and $20 gift card all it kept saying that I had an invalid order number. So I have not be able to activate my warranty with the company that made the chair.

I chose this chair because of the styling and that it came in colors other than boring office chair black! It was very easy to put together with the included allen wrench, took maybe 15 minutes. It is very comfortable and will be a great addition to my home office space.
