I was very angry/surprised when I unzipped and looked inside of the chair, and found rusted metal bars and padding being held across by what seemed to be shoelaces. I am unsure if it is only my chair that is such poor quality or if its every chair. Not mentioning the fact that it arrived with broken clips on the lumbar pillow. 1st I'd like to say I'm very angry. Just opened up the box and already was disappointed. 1st off the back had some blue stuff all over that we can't get out if it, we unzipped the chair and found rusted metal bars and padding is held together by shoelaces, and the seat has a rip in it. I truly do not recommend this to anyone. You spend a decent amount of money on it and it comes with issues. Hoping I don't find more. ... show more

This was to replace an older computer chair but you can't sit in it long before you realize it feels like sitting on a wood bench. I have since put a gel pad on the seat to get some use from the chair. I also can't get the armrests tight enough to keep them from moving. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I purchased this chair for my high school student. He plays video games and wanted a comfortable chIr to support his back. He is 5’8 and 125 lbs . He was able to put the chair together himself. Pretty easy. Here’s the thought part. The chair is very uncomfortable. We thought that it would change in time and gave it a few weeks but the comfort level has not changed.     • Arrived broken, no replacement parts, uncomfortable, and hydraulics stopped working

I have had several problems with this chair, starting right from when I got it. When it arrived one of the arm rests was broken. I called their replacement hotline and was told they would send a replacement in a couple days. I waited for a little over 2 weeks and still had not gotten my replacement part. When I called them to ask what happened they said they were out of the part and it could be up to 6 weeks before I would get a replacement and they wanted me to call back then! Not only did they lie to me about the part being sent out, but then they want ME to call THEM back when they get a replacement available? How am I supposed to know when they have a replacement part? Then after owning the chair for just about 2 months, the hydraulic lift that keeps the chair up began to fail and it slowly lowers down on it's own. If you swivel at all it makes it lower faster. So now I have to put several towels in my chair to raise me up to the level I'm supposed to be at. Speaking of towels, you'll need something to add cushion. The char padding is not very thick and it hurts after sitting on it for any length of time. Additionally, the arms don't adjust, so good luck with that. The only good thing I can say about this chair is that it looks good. But it's very uncomfortable, breaks, and there aren't any replacement parts. Buyer beware. ... show more

I just got the chair today after ordering it on the 10th of August. The item is amazon prime which usually means two day free shipping. I didn’t care about the extra day or so waiting for it but when i opened it and started to assemble the chair i saw it was broken. The arm rest was snapped while the other won’t connect together properly. That is my only complaint, the rest of the chair didn’t have issues which is nice, but the leg rest does feel a bit flimsy but that also might just be me since I’m not used to it. ... show more

    • Almost worth the money

First, let me just say, for the price, this is a very appealing chair purchase - but before you buy, please read the following. The chair comes with instructions that are pictures and nothing more, and are quite difficult to follow even for somebody like myself who has bought plenty of self assembly items. Unless you're the type to feel comfortable building it yourself with minimal instruction, steer clear. Next, the quality of the chair is subpar, but for the price this is somewhat unexpected. However, the chair feels like it's made of cheap plastic. This isn't much of an issue except that this is how I feel about the base / wheel area... if the point receiving the most stress is a cheap material, how long can this chair really last? Hopefully long enough to surprise me. The seat itself is actually quite comfortable, but is definitely a bit smaller than expected. However, the "footrest" is terribly designed and not even worth being a considered factor in your purchase. First, the bar holding the footrest falls out of the chair constantly while using it, and even getting the footrest up often pulls the bar out, there is very little room between the distance you HAVE to pull the bar out vs the distance you are ABLE to pull the bar out without it falling. Just a very simple, yet incredibly frustrating, design flaw. In conclusion, I will say that this chair is worth buying if you plan to use it casually, but I would not recommend this for it's target audience (gamers) unless you've got a very thin build as this seat can be quite uncomfortable for an average or larger build when sitting for extended periods. ... show more

Edit 2: I Completly modded the chair to be FAR more comfortable and safer now! Luckily I was able to do this! EDIT: This chair is now dangerous to use and I had to dispose of it since only owning it since April 30, 2018 The sides bent in showing a broken metal which cut my leg pretty bad.
