The installation video on Amazon doesn't match the parts that you actually receive. Additionally, the installation video from the QR Code they send you doesn't match, as well. They give you a website to sign up for a warranty, but it's not secure. I elected to sign up anyway but the website said the signup failed. I tried doing it via my phone by the QR code and the warranty signup failed their, also. [edit] However, it is a sturdy chair and the bottom turned out to be metal instead of plastic. Just like the picture, love the white color. It matches my white desk that I got from Ikea. It was easy to install. Very sturdy, and firmed. I love firm seat. You can adjust the chair up and down. Also, the arm rest is adjustable too. Just what I am looking for.

    • It was easy to assemble and it's comfortable
I like the size of this chair, it's not huge and bulky. Perfect size and it's very comfortable being very supportive and I enjoy sitting on it. Assembly was easy and I have zero complaints.

This chair is SUPER comfortable! It’s perfect for anyone who sits in a chair for long hours or just needs something to sit in. It was pretty easy to assemble and we were able to get it all set up in less than 20 minutes. It’s sturdy and I also love that the height can be changed.
