I am very happy with this chair. It was easy to assemble (I unpacked and assembled it in 30-45 minutes with a little help from my husband when more than 2 hands were needed) and I find it comfortable. Granted, my previous chair was a folding wooden chair so this is a huge step up, but I really feel it gives me good lumbar support and allows me to spend hours in front of the computer comfortably. Regarding the mesh: I love the mesh back, it's perfect. For the seat part, when I compare it to the foam seat my son's chair has, the mesh seat is a little less comfortable, it's definitely firmer. But when I weigh it against how hot and sweaty you can get on the foam seat, it's a no-brainer, the mesh seat comes out ahead in my opinion. But I guess it's matter of preference. The fit for a petite, short woman is excellent. I'm 5'1 for 110 lbs. At the lowest height possible, even with the blade wheels (which add some height compared to the regular wheels), the seat is positioned around 18-19" from the floor, depending on where you measure (the seat is curved not flat). That allows me to have my feet completely flat on the floor without needing a foot rest. However, depending on what I'm doing, sometimes I have to raise the chair for a better view. In that case, my feet no longer touch the floor and the front edge of the chair cuts uncomfortably into the back of my thighs right behind the knees even though the edge is padded. I solve that small issue but placing my feet on one or two of the 5 legs that lead to the wheels and I'm fine. Is it the best chair out there? Probably not, but I'll never be able to spend a thousand dollars or more on a chair. However, for the price, this is an excellent choice. A special note regarding Customer service: I received the chair on a Saturday. After putting it together, I realized there was a problem with the headrest, it was defective. On Tuesday, I sent an email to the address indicated on the instruction manual. I explained and documented the issue by sending clear pictures. I received an answer 2 hours later telling me they were sending a replacement, which I received 3 days later on Friday! Amazing Customer Service, a rare thing nowadays, that needs to be commended. Defective products occur even with the most reputable companies. What separates the good companies from the ones you want to avoid is how they handle quality issues. I was impressed with this one. That alone makes this chair a good choice.

I spent hours reading reviews. I questioned myself a million times. I sat in an uncomfortable chair for months more because i just couldn't make a decision. The back support is the best of this chair! That's the most important piece of this whole thing. I can lean back slightly while I work and the support is excellent. I solved the bar under my knees issue by lifting my feet with a pillow. Apparently my feet were just too short. Overall, my lasting complaint is the rollerblade wheels. They roll too easily and it draws attention to just how uneven my floor is....To be clear, this is an unreasonable complaint for 2 reasons: 1) They give you a second set of wheels but we didn't discover them until after we put on the first and 2) the issue is my floor. I'm 5'5" and about 145 lbs if that makes a difference to anyone else. I think it’s a fantastic chair!!!

Overall this chair is great for my partner. She originally had a very uncomfortable chair, and was looking for something comfy, sturdy, and at a good price. This hit all 3 of them! Below is a list of pro's and con's for the chair. Pro: Very comfortable Relative easy to assemble Seems sturdy Con: minor defects made it hard to put together. lumbar support hits weird for a 6' person (partner is 5'5") arm rests seem shaky Overall: Great chair for the price. Good buy!

I was looking for something that would be comfortable for a long period of time. This did not really work well for me. First, it did not feel very sturdy. The comfort was like others. I was hoping that for the price, it would very noticeable. I liked the wheels thought. The rolling around was very smooth compared to my last chair. Unfortunately, it's back to the drawing board for me in search for a chair more suited for me.

I bought this chair to get some ergonomic support while I'm at work sitting down all day. All in all, as far as lumbar support, with the additional support piece for the lower back, it actually only its in one spot and its way low and unadjustable. Doesn't really make me feel better than a mid size cushion chair from staples. The canvas type material the seat and backings have dont do anything for cusion either, its almost like a canvas hammock type material that isn't comfortable either. On top of that, the frame for the seat of the chair is actually inside the material, meaning I hope you have a mid-size or smaller bottom because I'm sitting on the plastic seat frame right now. Not as advertised. Not ergonomic. Not comfy. Search elsewhere. Would take a refund if at all possible.

Did not realize how important is to have a confortable chair. Since I'm working from home now didn't value the importance of a chair. This chair will change your productivity since you can spend hours and not feel it. Very easy to ensamble, no special tools are required, don't think it took more than 20 mins to put it together. Also, the wheels are great, they move so easy around that you feel you are in a skateboard.
