The chair arrived disassembled as described. It was difficult inserting the wheels into the base but accomplished with some effort. attaching the arms to the back required some effort to line-up the holes for the screws. Next, adding the seat to the back and arm assembly required my wife and I together since the foam of the cushion required one of us to exert pressure on the seat while pressing it into the arm assembly. All in all, it required two people and over an hour to complete. The instructions were very brief and basically only consisted of line drawings. Carefully follow the instructions to insure you are interpreting the labels on the card containing the parts. Everything required to complete the assembly was included and no parts were missing. There is even a selection of spare parts if needed. The chair is extremely comfortable to sit in and the height is extremely good. I chose this chair for its' height and the fact that it has a fabric seat. The movable arms is a nice feature also. Even though it was difficult to assemble, I would buy this chair again.

I purchased one of these chairs for my office front desk girl who unfortunately injured her back. She has been in so much pain and hadn’t been able to sit for more than 15 min at a time. I took a gamble with this chair and she says it’s night and day! She still has some discomfort but with a heating pad and extra cushion at times, she is good for long 8 hrs at work. She liked it so much I had to get another one for the other front desk gal because she got jealous. Highly recommend for functionality! But also is super durable, can hold up 200+ lbs and looks clean and does not scratch easily.

I bought this chair for work after the previous one (7-8 years old) quit working and would shrink down randomly. I've had it several weeks now and I really like it. I love that the arms fold up completely (left side of picture) so I can actually sit sideways if I want to (bad back, have to change positions sometimes). I had my child help me put it together and it took probably 15-20 minutes, mostly because we were laughing and kept dropping pieces. They sent several extra parts for assembly just in case you lost one, which was really nice.

I’ve been working from home for about a year and a half now and have struggled to find a chair that I can comfortably work in all day until now! I’m 6 foot and 240 pounds so many chairs just don’t have enough room or cushion to comfortably sit in all day at an affordable price but this one is just right. I love that the lumbar support is also padded rather than just a sharp piece of plastic poking into my back all day! My only suggestions would be having adjustable arm rests and the ability to adjust the pressure of the lumbar support.

This chair is affordable, comfortable and rolls easily. The seat cushion provides plenty of support. Assembly was pretty easy, only confusion on my part was how to release the lock to enable the chair to tilt. You have to pull the seat raise/lower lever outward. Once I figured that out all was good.
