Buy these curtains!
Color: Gray Black
Size: 10' x 12'
Perfect! Nice material and easy to hang! They look amazing!

Just what we needed!
Color: Khaki
Size: 10' x 12'
Hung the curtains up on our 10x12 gazebo today using the enclosed rings. The curtains fit perfectly and went up quickly and easily. The zippers are well made and the ties for the corners work great holding the curtains to the wooden posts. Several people said the Velcro straps were not long enough but they are supposed to go around the curtains not the post when you tie them back. The thin ties at both the top and bottom of the corners tie them to the post securely. I’m very happy with the quality! Time will tell if they fade.

A near perfect set of 10 x 12 gazebo curtains
Color: Khaki
Size: 10' x 12'
My previous replacement had to be returned because it was poor quality. This one was highly rated so I decided to give it a try and I’m quite satisfied. Came with extra hanging hardware to suit whatever type frame you are using. Quality zippers, nice grommets, and all in the right place, and good stitching. So far the fabric appears to be water resistant, And looks strong enough. I will note that the curtains are the longest I have ever seen, 6 to 12 inches of extra fabric. Most people consider more as better, I might’ve enjoyed it being a little shorter. Good value for the money.

Works great, unless it’s windy…
Color: Khaki
Size: 10' x 10'
I enjoy the curtains, they are definitely waterproof and help keep things dry. However, I live in the Midwest and we do have some windy days. The zippers come apart and 3 of the 4 zipper pulls have disappeared! I bought replacement zipper pulls (and they’ve worked better than the original), but it’s frustrating to have to replace something within a month of purchasing. Just a heads up for those considering these curtains.

Good replacements
Color: Brown
Size: 10' x 12'
These are great replacements for old, sun-faded curtains for my screen house. They are a little long but the fit overall was good, seems like a good, weather-resistant material.

Cannot zip together

UPDATE 2 - I have never received any response from the Seller regarding my issue with these curtains. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced from any Seller on Amazon. I would highly recommend buying from a different company. If you purchase these curtains and you have any problems, you are throwing your money away. UPDATE - I still haven’t heard anything from the Seller after over 3 weeks waiting on a reply. If this is the way they treat their customers, I would recommend that you do not buy from them. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever! I purchased these as a replacement for the original curtains for our gazebo. At first glance, they appear quite durable and I would think they will hold up fairly well. There are two things I would like to say in response to many other reviews I have read. First, at least for our gazebo, the length is perfect so that’s good. Many people have complained that they are too long. I measured and they are 7’ long, which is just right for our gazebo. Second, as many have also mentioned, the straps that go around the corner posts are indeed too short. Fortunately I had some black Velcro that used to extend them so they can now fit around the posts. But they should make these straps a few inches longer so you don’t encounter this problem and don’t have to come up with an alternative solution. But my HUGE gripe is that two of the panels will not zip together and therefore cannot be closed against the elements (see pictures). So there was obviously a mistake made when the zippers were sewn onto the edges of these panels. As you can see, at the top of these two panels, the zippers have a “stop”, which prevents the zipper pulls from being able to align them together. Due to this mistake, I tried reaching out to the Seller via this portal, twice and they never replied. So then I sent an email to the address shown on the packing slip/instructions. And not surprisingly, they have not responded. So if I do not get any reply from them within the next week, I will be returning them and look into getting another brand for replacement. It’s a shame too, because I really wanted these to work. So be careful if you purchase these from the Seller. As the saying goes - Buyer Beware.

Waterproof and fireproof roof this is
Color: Gray Black
Size: 10' x 12'
Definitely watch the youtube video with the couple, putting one of these together before you purchase. This is a major project. And it requires two people and takes a lot of time, but the payoff is a permanent fireproof roof that won't wear out like the cloth ones do every couple of years. Provides a rainproof area within the gazebo. When the curtains are up. Also purchased the fan light with it. That's separately on Amazon and it is fantastic. With 2 motion detection lights purchased on Amazon, which also work great at nighttime. When you walk out to it, the lights come on automatically have really enjoyed having this compared. My old cloth one highly recommend one.
