The chair's width is great, which means more rooms for my body to move. I can even crossed my legs and sit on it. The seat is better than expected, It is not stiff, kind of soft and spongy feeling. The leather surface is easy for cleaning and it is smooth. The chair look so premium when leather meet with black color & white stitches. My old chair use to have screws to tighten the neck rest, the screws will loosen and drop out after sitting for a while. But with this chair, no screws on neck rest, only 4 screws that tighten the back rest. It is strong enough to support me and no more hassle will loosen screws. The adjustable heights and leans are about right. I am a short person 5"3, can sit on it comfortably. The chair also came with a foot rest, it make more sense while this chair are able to lean more backward to relax. Sitting it for a week now, i usually need to sit on it for 8 hours due to work from home. So far this is a good replacement for my old office chair.

Incredibly easy to assemble, very well made and the coffee color is beautiful. Love the leg rest and recline. Max height is a bit lower than I would like, but not enough to be an issue. Definitely worth the smaller price tag.

We can’t speak to longevity or durability, but so far, we have enjoyed this new computer chair. It has the air shocks for going up and down, but also has adjustable recline, which can also be locked in whichever recline position you prefer. The swivel and rolling is very good and smooth. The padding is good. The fabric looks nice, but it’s my biggest concern - doesn’t feel like leather, so I’m pretty sure it will wear out in time. Thankfully, it will be easy to wipe until then. The armrests are padded and comfortable and the footrest is a funky and fun option. I don’t think it would be easy to use while working very often, but nice if you have a minute to kick back, that you’d have the option to pull it out. It pulls out and flips up easily. It took a little while to assemble, but most of it was done by my 6th grader and he only asked for help once. Came with extra parts as well and a small hex tool, which is nice.

The assembly instructions were easy to follow and once assmebled the chair was very sturdy. My husband has been using the chair for a week and it is very comfortable and easy to adjust to his needs. It was well packed when arrived. I am so surprised and amazed how comfortable and made in professional grade. It is easy to assemble everything together with my wife's help. Initially the chair is meant for her because she had lower back pain all the time. After my son(17) came home from school, immediately carry the chair to his room when he saw it. He also could use the chair in front of his computer table for homework and entertainment. The chair is well made super sturdy and thick cushions provide additional comfortness. No worry you will spill water on it because it is made of leather. It also comes with two armrests which some chairs don't. I would definitely buy another for my family. It is a great buy.
