I received my chair today all packaged up in separate pieces and NO instructions! Finally found the instructions on the bottom of the seat! I did go back to the product site and watched the video on how to assemble as was much easier than the booklet. The seat is a good size and comfortable, but the arms could be rounded out more in the seat area as it makes it kind of tight and is a hard ridge of plastic pressing in on you. When I have it reclining back I canโt lock it into a slightly back position. It will only let me lock it in at an upright position. I prefer it leaning back slightly which helps my back, which is why I bought a new desk chair. It looks nice and the chair back is comfortable. I bought it in the gray. I was contacted by the company who are looking into my concerns, I have been using the chair and find it to be comfortable and do like the breathable back. I do wish they would redesign the arms of the chair as the area closest to the seat is very hard and rigid next to my hips.
