Looks like a used chair with noticeable cosmetic scratches on arms. Did not deal with the hassle of return as chair functioned as intended. Wish there was a built-in coat hanger as previously purchased.

Chair is relatively easy to assemble. Quality of "leather" is somewhat cheap but decent for the price of the chair. Will be interesting to see how it lasts over time. Headrest and seat adjustment is a little difficult to change.

Easy to assemble, good instructions. Its a decent chair for the price, but the sit is weird in the middle back area (as it doesn't seem to contour to the mid back and scapula area of back very well). The other issue that is driving me crazy is the wheels kind of lock up and won't roll. I have it on a hard plastic mat, and I can't figure out why they kind of lock sideways and don't roll properly but its like every other time you want to slide the chair.
