Rápido se hacen abdominales

I am someone who works out regularly and have done so for a long time. I have been assembling a home gym in my house and it’s coming along nicely. I am always looking for a new items to buy that will work different areas, and although I had a ab roller that works on the ground, I’ve never had something like this before. I’ve used a similar one in the gym and loved it, so when I saw this listing, I placed an order for it immediately. It arrived really fast And I started to assemble it right away. It maybe took me about 30 minutes. It’s a little deceiving because there were only a few screws and bolts in the packaging, but there are some already attached to the parts of the machine that you need to undo to assist with the assembly. Directions were a little scattered, but after looking at them for a few minutes, you can kind of realize what needed to be done. So once I built it, I used it right away, and let me tell you, this thing is awesome! I had it on one of the higher settings because the more the angle is the harder it is. And then I realized how weak my core has been lol. I had to adjust it to one of the lower settings to be able to do it smoothly. I was able to do it for a few minutes and then take breaks in between before doing another few minutes and it really worked out my core amazingly well. It tightened it quickly and the next morning I literally could feel the difference. It will support a lot of weight. It also has a digital read out to keep track of what you’re doing. So I highly recommend this and give it a very confident five stars. Definitely worth purchasing! I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

This Hot Wave Ab Machine is an amazing little machine. I have had it now for ten days. I have used it for 9 of those days, doing maybe an average of 40 crunches each day. I am already noticing a difference in my upper thighs, my upper arms, my tummy and butter. I'm so pleased! A little disclaimer: I've never owned my own personal workout machine before. In the past I always went to the gym and didn't like the idea of having to store a workout machine. But I don't have the time to go to a gym these days and since I work remotely, I needed something I could go attack for a few minutes several times a day. I still wasn't sure if I would be consistent. But I have been, because it's so easy. The machine arrived in pieces. But the instructions were pretty basic: it took maybe 20 minutes to put it together. Then, I just hopped on and easy peavey! Never have crunches been so easy to do. The second day, I was pretty sore around the midriff. But I powered through the discomfort and now on day 9, I'm starting to feel the difference. My thighs feel toned again. My upper arms have increased in strength and the little cut mark I worked so hard for years ago, is coming back. I can see the extra roll around my waist getting smaller and I feel so much stronger. I cannot recommend this machine enough: it feels like I'm getting my body back! Ten out of ten stars!!!

In the product description, this machine claims to have three levels of difficulty: Beginner, Standard and High Difficulty. The hole that should be High Difficulty out of the three, is actually the closed, or folded up for storage position, which blocks the machine from moving. Other than that error, and the frankly higher than warranted pricing of this unit compared to similar/even more functional units, it is a solid ab exerciser. It was easy to assemble, is made of sturdy steel tubing that could absolutely handle up to 330lbs, and operates very smoothly, similarly to an electromagnetic rowing machine. The sliding pad is used to put your knees on for crunches, but this machine, with some imagination, determination, and a mind for safety first, can do a very large range of exercise types such as squatting and kicking movements, arm pushing and pulling, and more. I weigh close to 170lbs and it doesn't budge unless I do something truly brainless like tilting strongly to one side or not securing the pins. In all, this is a good solid exercise machine for building core strength firstly, but has other uses too. Shop around for the best value, but this is a solidly built option otherwise.

This came in a nice box and was easy to setup and use. It's relatively quiet while in use as well.

I’ve been using this ab machine for about two weeks now, and it’s definitely stepping up my core workout. The adjustable resistance makes it easy to start slow and gradually increase the intensity, which is perfect for beginners like me. I also like that it’s foldable, so it doesn’t take up much room. One thing I noticed: the LED display is handy for tracking my reps and setting personal goals, which keeps me motivated. It’s comfortable to use with good padding, so no more sore back or elbows like with traditional ab exercises. It is challenging for sure!
