This is overall a pretty decent Office Chair. It assembled with no issues whatsoever in approximately 25 minutes. Everything lined up perfectly. I have terrible RA so I am sure others could put it together much faster. It came with all necessary parts to assemble. It has the ergonomic back that goes in two positions up or down as I have shown in the photos. It is also adjustable as far as height wise with the handle on side of the chair. I deducted one star because the seat is extremely hard and not very comfortable but putting a seat cushion on it will definitely help. I also appreciate that the arms lift up. Overall, it's a very nice office chair and would recommend this product. Thank you for reading.
