excellent ergonomic chair
Color: Iron Gray
Style: Modern
This ergonomic chair was quite easy for assembly, all tools included and took just about 30 minutes to finish. Sitting in the chair is very comfortable and the adjustable lumbar support makes the lower back feel relaxed and less stressed for long day work. The reclining feature is especially beneficial for taking a short rest. I particularly like the fabric material of the seat for durability and breathing capability. The after-sale customer support was excellent that they helped me register the product for the 5-year warranty on their system through email communications. The response was timely and supportive as they addressed any issue you may have. Highly recommend this ergonomic office chair for anyone considering buying one. KS

Quick delivery and quality product!
Color: Gold
Style: Modern
I bought this chair to replace a much more expensive linen one that was not getting the job done in terms of comfort during a full work day at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, shipping speed, and the thought that went into the assembly instructions and materials of the chair. I was nervous at first to try to put this together on my own because it came in a box I could lift easily so I assumed that meant many parts inside and possibly a full- on migraine. Well, all of the parts were marked with a full instruction booklet and tools needed to do the job including white cotton gloves! It also arrived within 24 hours and took me maybe 40 minutes to assemble. I didn't even need to McGyver any of the screws or parts. Everything fit together perfectly. It's very comfortable too with lumbar support, adjustable arms, ability to adjust the height of the chair no matter what the task, and it keeps my upper/lower back and spine happy! The seat cushion is comfortable too. I highly recommend this purchase if you are looking for a lightweight, easy to assemble addition to your home office. The gold color is pretty too and matches my more nuetral decor. For the price, it is a no brainer and the mesh back will keep me cool in the warmer months. Oh and the arms flip up too if you need to use this in a more compact space.

I like this chair.
Color: Black-black Frame
Style: Modern
I'd been wanting a new office chair for quite some time - old one was getting pretty worn out. I asked ChatGPT what chair to check out, on a budget, that was well cushioned and supported my lower back. This chair came back top of the list. I watched it for quite some time, then on a holiday sale, finally grabbed it. It arrived quickly, packaged well - and assembled pretty easily. It was very nice that it also included a T handled hex wrench to put it together with. All in all, the chair is solid. It has a wide, comfortable seat, the lumbar support is good (and adjustable), it rolls well - and I really like that the arms fold up. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons: 1) I do wish the seat padding was slightly thicker - it's very good, but not fantastic; and 2) I wish the piston was a few inches longer for a bit more height adjustability. I don't think I sit very high, but I'm pretty much at the upper end of the height that it will do - and I can't imagine anyone sitting as low as it will go. Bottom line: it's a nice chair, and I would buy it again.

Great chair for me
Color: Iron Gray
Style: Modern
For me, this was one of the easiest things I have ever assembled. The directions were clear and watching the instructional video on Amazon before assembly made it a snap. The manufacturer appears to want to make sure that customers are satisfied with their product based on all the included directions, extra screws, bolts, etc. I was particularly amused by the pair of white gloves that were indluded for assembly to keep your hands clean. So far - it's not been long - it seems to be comfortable, adjusts to my height and posture and fits in my office. If my opinion should change, I'll adjust this review.

Great customer service
Color: Brown, Caramel
Style: Modern
I purchased this chair in 2025. It is a great chair and I love it. However recently one of the arm rests fell off. I tried to reinstall it but was unsuccessful. So I reached to the seller, explained the situation and provided pictures. The customer service I received from this seller is beyond excellent. They promptly replied to my inquiries, agreed to provide replacement parts for both arm rests and provided detailed instructions to install the arm rests. All of this communication happened over the course of about 3 weeks. The replacement parts arrived, were very easy to install, and work properly. I am very happy with the seller and still love the chair. I highly recommend them.

Honest chair review
Color: White Frame-black
Style: Modern
Putting this chair together was relatively easy. It definitely helps to have another person hold parts in place while you’re assembling it. I did struggle a bit when attaching the cushion because the screw holes didn’t line up easily. I ended up using my legs and arms to hold the cushion in place so I could get the screws started. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, just make sure to study the diagrams carefully before assembling. One small issue I ran into was that one of the holes in the armrest wasn’t fully cleared of plastic from manufacturing, so I had to use a knife to clean it out before the screw would go in. As for the chair itself, I really like it. I’m 5’5”, and it fits me well with plenty of room in the seat. The back support is good, although I personally don’t sit all the way back, so I added a small cushion for extra comfort. The wheels roll okay, though they could be a little smoother. Overall, the chair looks great and matches the pictures on the listing. I haven’t had it for very long yet, but I’ll try to update my review in a couple of months after using it more.
