Great quality, very sturdy and comfortable, easy to assemble and excellent customer service. 1. Wide enough for a big person (I am 5'8 and weight around 180 pounds) and hace enough space. Plus the padding is quite comfy and seems a lot so thinking it will last for quite a while. 2. Assembly took 30 mins tops and instructions as well as assembly kit are very detailed. They also include a very good allen wrench with a handle that makes using all screws much easier. 3. I had a couple of minor issues and their customer service was super responsive and even sent some screw replacements that arrived within 2 days. 4. For the price, I don't think you can get something better online (always hard to pick online because most of the tike you base your choice on reviews, price and quality (from pics and photos). I have been using it for almost a month ans I would give this a 10/10 for sure (I had a game chair before with more accessories and this us even more comfortable, padded and wide). ... show more

I bought this chair not even a year ago around May and at first I loved it!! It was cheap, it has moveable arm rests and it was supposedly good for the back. Well after having it for a while I can say it sucks! I’m an online only student who occasionally has long study/gaming sessions and this chair hurts my back so bad. The “lumber” support is so hard I had to slip in an old beanie to cushion my back. Be prepared to have perfect posture in this chair because otherwise it’ll hurt to lean back. The butt cushion is even worse and leaves my bottom very sore after a while. Just get a different chair or be prepared to buy your own cushions in the future. Btw the butt cushion isn’t made of breathable material so yes, it does get very hot in the summer. Edit: The seller reached out to me and offered a full refund without having to return the chair. Their customer service was actually really amazing. I’d say give this chair a chance and see if it works for you but keep in mind that cheaper prices don’t always offer perfect quality. ... show more

This chair was easy to assemble and move around by myself because it’s so light. It’s comfortable for all day use and I appreciate the way the arms go up so I can push it under the desk when I’m not using it. The seat is nice and roomy and the lumbar support is adjustable. I wasn't looking forward to assembling this chair but Mimoglad has great instructions, and I ended up having fun! The assembly process was intuitive and the chair itself feels quite sturdy. I added an extra pillow for padding and aesthetics, but the seat is very comfortable on its own. I really needed a good chair since I have long gaming sessions and projects.
