I have 2 betas and they both have these tanks. Easy to use and easy to clean. I do recommend you scrub the stones every time you clean. Also swap out the beads in the filter for the meshy type helps keep the tank more sustainable.

2.6 gallon - perfect size for the kitchen counter and my one betta fish. It was extremely quiet for the first week, but I can now hear the pump ever so slightly and moving it a bit doesn't help.... it would probably make me a little bit nuts if i wanted to sit it on a desk, but i'm overly sensitive to any rattles. Also, from what i can tell, the heater is not adjustable (???), could not find any info, last night the water was 86 degrees per my thermometer and the glass stick on thermometer. After gradually cooling the water down to 80-82, plugged it back in and temp later climbed to 84, so no longer using heater. Amazon gave me a 20% discount and i have purchased a new adjustable digital heater.

Great starter tank for a beta and a snail. The one gallon tank is too small and you end up getting a larger one anyway. Just start with the larger one and avoid the two step process. The filter is awesome and the cover helps minimize evaporation.

Beautiful, I love that you can turn it in different directions. When I set it up I did not use the lave rock because any fish that touches that will be injured. Very easy to set up and I also bought very small colored polished rocks to go on top. The tank looks gorgeous and my fish looks happy. I think it's good value for the money.

Very pretty and sturdy tank but not great! Do not use for a betta, especially long fin! My little guy couldn’t even swim. Under gravel filter did not work great and produced very cloudy water. I couldn’t even diffuse the flow to let my betta swim properly, the lowest setting was still so high and the water was still cloudy. Very bright and pretty tank but you’ll need to buy your own filter stat.

I bought it for my daughter as she’s been asking for a bet fish. This tank is the perfect one for a betta fish, the light is beautiful and the water filtering brings a calm white noise to our home. We love blue so she added some rocks to give a fully but simple elegant look.
