I have had this chair only a few days, but very satisfied. The seat is firm, like sitting on a chair yet comfortable. Nice back support and padded arms. This should make working in my office a lot nicer. I highly recommend it.

A very good utility desk chair. 1. Roughly packaged, but arrived intact with all parts. 2. Just plastic and polymer fabric. Plastic parts are clean and robustly made. Time will tell on the fabric. 3. Pushes your head to the front. It's a good chair for the price, but the head support is uncomfortable. I always need a pillow on my back to have a good posture. Also, you can't take off the headrest once you assemble it. The cap on the screws isn't removable.

The chair is easy to assemble with the assembly knit in box. It’s light but sturdy. The wheels are smooth and quiet when moving on hard floor. I personally would like to remove the headrest from the back to get more space to my head and shoulders. Generally I am happy with the chair.

Advertised to have an adjustable recline feature. The chair reclined the first time I tried it. It did not recline after that first time. Very dissatisfied with the chair for that reason. Live and learn I suppose.
