At the last step of the installation process, it turns out the holes in the seat piece were drilled wrong, so it could not be attached to the rest of chair. I had to undo all the assembly and re-pack all the pieces to be returned. What a waste of time. I'd suggest to other people to do the last step first, in case your chair is defective in the same way, so you don't waste as much of your time. EDIT: after receiving my replacement, it's possible the original was ok and I had the pieces backwards at step 4. However even if that's true the instructions were not clear enough. It's not obvious at all that the direction matters, which it does. But i'm changing my rating because the chair turns out to be pretty good and the replacement came quickly. ... show more

This chair is so sturdy. I'm a hefty gal and this chair is extremely comfortable. I work from home and sit in front of a computer all day. The chair is definitely comfortable enough. I love that the arms fold up so I can put my chair under my desk at the end of the day. My only complaint is wishing it came in other colors. But definitely recommend.
