    • Great But Not For All Day Sitting
NOTE: The chair I got is not the one as pictured with headrest but with flip up armrests. The chair was very easy to assemble and with quality made parts and pieces. The seat is wider than a standard office task chair. The cushion is not very thick but gives me a good 2 hour of comfortable sitting. After that I start to feel hardness on my buttocks. But it's good enough for me as I normally spend 1 to 2 hour sitting at the most. The mesh screen back has a very solid support. The flip up armrest is perfect when I don't need to rest my elbows on them. This also provide quick access in and out of the chair. The single lever adjusts height and lock the seat from rock/tilt. The chair that I got is great and it was a solid priced office chair, being priced at $89.99 at time of order, and it was for a DIFFERENT chair than what is now pictured. The chair that I received was great, with a few downsides. However, mostly positive experience and assembly was not very difficult. The chair received (gray chair in my photos) was actually the easiest chair that I have ever gotten to put together and it only took me about 30 minutes, and that included me taking my time on it. The chair itself is actually very comfortable, despite having a mesh backing. The mesh backing was actually what is surprisingly comfortable – it shapes to my body well and cradles my delicate back very comfortably. The seat cushion is just perfect – not too soft and definitely not hard (which I would have expected from such a budget-friendly office chair). The ability to lift the arm rests is very cool, however, I don’t find much use for it and I would have preferred armrests that were adjustable. This was not a big issue though, seeing as how the chair was a good price and you get what you pay for. Additionally, I would have liked to have the armrests be adjustable in width, which it technically is, but you have to manually go underneath the chair and loosing/tighten the screws to your liking (as opposed to just having a button to push to adjust). All things considered, the chair that I had gotten that was priced at $89.99 at the time of review was a solid chair for the price, despite being a bit limited. It is comfortable and well made (since it’s made of mostly metal material for the base as opposed to plastic material which some of the other chairs in this price range are made of). Photos attached. The product looks exactly as described. It is well packaged and protected. The instructions were clear; however, there was a error indicating which fastener to use for the first assembly step. It was easy to overcome and assembly took about 15-20 minutes with the tool provided in the package. I am happy with the chair, it seems stable and comfortable. It is a nice simple office chair. I'm impressed by the quality of the material. I also like the light grey color of it. It reminds me of an Ikea office chair - minimalist design without a lot of bells and whistles but is still a chair that features newer material such as a mesh backrest. It's not a bulky chair. It's quite agile and and it's a good chair to have if your workspace is smaller. Besides the chair height, you can also adjust tilt tension with this chair. The armrest can be flipped up 90 degree. That's a nice touch. This allows the chair to be pushed in underneath the table without the armrests getting in the way. Assembly instruction is clearly written and professional done. The one minor thing that can be confusing is that there are two similar types of screws, one is labelled by the letter I and another is labelled by the letter L. Just make sure you're using the right type of screws. I made that mistake. The other thing is that unlike other office chairs, the backrest is a separate piece from the chair seat. The back is stabilized by the two armrests instead. My experience suggests that achieving left-right symmetry for the mesh backrest may take some trial and error. I had to unscrew the armrests a couple of time to get the back in the perfect position. It took me 30 minutes to assembly the thing; but I was talking with my kids while assembling.
