After the pillows arrived I left them out for a day and they fluffed up nicely soft and full instead of flat and sad. My head sinks in just right so I wake up without a sore neck or stiffness which I always had with my old thin pillows. I noticed I don’t toss and turn as much now and feel more rested when I wake up.
