It was easy to put together, the instructions were clear and simple. The back support is decent, not the best but not bad either. I purchased this for its seat width of 20", tall back, and tilt function. Installation took a full hour by myself, and that last half was pretty brutal. The bottom of the chair arms curve and attach to the bottom of the seat cushion with provided screws. They had to be lined up very specifically and I really struggled with this. I imagine if someone helped me, it wouldn't be as difficult, but still worth mentioning. The chair functions work as intended (gas lift, tilt, tilt tension, wheels). The seat cushion is VERY, VERYYY, nice. Compared to other seat cushions, I love it and I hope it holds up over time with use. It's so comfortable, and the cloth material is very soft. I also love the color and contrast with the gray and black plastic and metal legs. The back gives lots of support, and the mesh material also feels nice. Cons (outside of my one-person struggle with putting it together), the arm rests aren't the best. They're not very long, don't offer that much support, and are also just plain plastic. I plan on buying some kind of cushion cover for them. The seat depth comes to 17", and was something I personally overlooked when purchasing. I saw how the seat width was advertised at 20", and was sold. I have more of an average build (5'10", 190 lbs), and just feel more comfortable in a large chair. The chair is comfortable, but I'm disappointed at how small the seat feels. At first I wanted to return the chair because of this, but at the time of this review, I've decided not to. I used it for a few hours, and wasn't that bothered. Again, just more of a disappointment and personal preference. Points to mention: -It is possible to sit cross-legged (even with the seat depth), but this position isn't as comfortable as it could be. -Looking at the reviews, only one picture looked like the chair I purchased. The review pictures feature a chair with a smaller back, and then one with a foot rest and adjustable headrest, which are not offered as a purchase option. The chair I purchased had the title description as "Sweetcrispy Ergonomic Office Desk Computer Chair, Comfy High Back Swivel Rolling Home Mesh Gaming Chairs with Wheels, Lumbar Support, Flip-up Arms,120°tilt for Bedroom, Study, Work, Grey".

Horrible chairs with seat cushions that flatten out within a few months times. It's just really cheap foam that's under the fabric. The rest of the chair is ok. I contacted Sweetcrispy since that is the stated manufacturer and received no response. The website, emails, and phones numbers are all bogus. So finally I remembered to look at the instructions and at the very bottom it shows a completely different email that has no affiliation to the brand. They were responsive thankfully and send me 2 replacement chairs. I noticed while building them that the dates were almost 2 years older than the original chairs and immediately after sitting in them the seats flattened and these made crazy noises from the bracket underneath the seat. I am nowhere near the supposed limit of 350 and I reached back out and after multiple emails they told me they could send one. It came with the exact same date and same problem. They acknowledged the problem and said they couldn't send out anymore or refund me. I donated 3 and still have 2 but don't use them because of the issues making it very uncomfortable, loud and just not safe so not sure I should donate the last two but anyways I would not recommend this seller at all. Stay away!
