I’m a 2XL in this. I worked at Torrid and everyone wanted to know where I got it. If you have bigger hips but a smaller waist, this is great for you. The tie-top lets you cinch the waist to curve around you without using a belt that’s going to wiggle around all day. The skirt has a nice circle shape that can twirl but also is durable. The pockets are DEEEEEEP. Lighter patterns like the pink strawberries might be slightly see-through if you really put them against a high contrast surface, so I recommend wearing light undershorts under a light skirt. The white skirts are actually less see-through as those have an additional liner. Dark ones are completely solid. The fabric is quite nice. It’s not stretchy, which is actually a good thing - the structure means it’s not form-fitting around every nook and cranny and creates a cute A-line. I’d buy like… ten more colors. I have 4 (green, black, white polka dots, strawberry pink). I want more. Literally can’t go wrong throwing one of these on with a top and shorts underneath.

If you are thinking about purchasing any of their skirts, do it! They are comfortable, have pockets, and combined with a crinoline petticoat, really look stellar. Very flattering for a variety of figures, I think. I wore one of the skirts to my brother’s wedding and another for Easter Sunday. Lots of compliments both times. It’s machine washable but does need to be ironed.

It's cute. Material is ok. Color back. The price is is too high could be at least $25 because a lot of material is used too make it look fluffy. It's a fun skirt, can wear it high or drop it to your belly, can dress it with fitted tucked in blouse or sporty with a cute fitted T-shirt or tank and flat sole sneakers. It has elastic in each side of zipper; in back. So, if you have a small waist definitely size down two sizes because either way the skirt is fluffs all around but it's a hang down fluffy. Super cute. I'm returning it for a medium. I'm 5'1 Latina hips and booty. Gave it a 4 star because the price didn't have to be that serious

A little background: Had to invest in some Nice Clothes for office work. When I realized that (with current undergarments) I had about 40 - 32- 40 measurement, I decided that for "dressy casual" or "business casual" in modest but flattering styles, I clearly had to look to the vintage styles of the 1950s/60s or so, which Belle Poque apparently excels at taking inspiration from. At less than $30 for a skirt WITH POCKETS, I was more than willing to give it a try.. My verdict, after wearing it for one afternoon and evening? This is 100% my New Favorite Skirt, 10/10 Fits. Like. A. DREAM. And so comfy! It moves elegantly, and flatters my figure without being overly tight or uncomfortable - Not even in the waist, and in was seriously wary of wearing something that fat above my hop since I've had bad experiences with fits in the past but its GREAT. Fabric is a lovely color, close I think to the pictures, nicely saturated and consistent; it feels slightly waterproof ish but without feeling sweltering in FLORIDA SUMMER HEAT?? like...what kind of wizardry did they make this with? AND IT HAS POCKETS! Decent sized ones, too! I can fit my whole (admittedly small) hand SPLAYED and up to past the wrist, with no constriction and room to spare, so yes most phones, keychains,wallets, lip balm etc will easily fit. So comfortable I practically forgot I was wearing it, and for those who skew femme, it's a very pretty and classy look that can work as well with casual as Business casual. I loved it within minutes of getting it on and continued to the rest of the day, so much so I'm definitely planning to collect it in other colors! Literally the only issue I've had is keeping the tie actually, you know, tied...but that has nothing to do with the skirt and everything to do with my inability to tie a knot right 😅

This is very cute. It is a nice length, and the pockets are deep enough for my galaxy phone! The ties can be pulled to the front, sides or back, and there is an elastic section in the back which allows the item to breath and move. I find it quite comfortable.

For the regular price , it’s not good quality. I ordered a size medium of the color black, biege, & grey . I’m 5’2 and they hit a little lower , under my knee . My waist is 29 while my hip size is a 39. It fits perfect around the waist not too tight & around the body , not tight at all . Its a stretchy material It’s a very flowly , flimsy dress, that gets wrinkled up easily . If you have bigger hips just keep in mind that the back side of the skirt can slide up because it’s a flowly , like polyester material . It’s a very thin material & does look cheap . So I like to wear shorts underneath it because it shows your undergarments line . I don’t like when it’s very windy my skirts pulls up as well. The material at first is good but after a couple of washes the quality gets a little bad. The black began to fade a turn slightly like a lighter greyish color . The biege one was fine but it is see through if you wear a darker undergarment underneath but like I said as well after a couple of washes and the material wasn’t the same anymore . Surprisingly, the grey one was a different material from the black and biege , it’s soft , which I do like . It’s still very thin but I did like that it was soft . All three did have pockets & tie strings to tie in the front or back . I had to repurchase again because it got ruined easily but now I only get them on sale , because for $24 it’s not bad but for the regular price it’s not a good buy. So I recommend purchasing when it’s on sale , because that’s what really worth the price for these skirts.

The material is thin, so you might need to wear a slip with the lighter colors; however the green color was exactly as shown and not see through. It's definitely not for the winter; a spring/summer skirt. I am 5' 139lb, waist 31 hips 44, and I purchased medium. That size was perfect and the pockets a plus! It actually fell to mid calf, which is great for my height. I'm going to buy a few more colors.
