Assembly was not as easy, Materials are great quality overall and has a lot of screws, but the wholes for these are not precise and really hard to tight I mean like Really HARD! I advice before installing pieces make sure you carv the way of the screws with no piece so you have room to do the manuver, once this is done, unscrew, put the piece and it will be easier has the screw now goes in fairly easy. Couldn't make the gaslifter work so I sent them a WhatsApp text, will update if this changes. Update: Customer support took around 5-10 minutes to answer, it was my fault to operate the lever by pulling and not pushing (most of the chairs works by pulling). That aside, great chair, super comfortable, sturdy and great looking. ... show more
