It's easy to put together but the arms are too high. They don't lower, and the back of the chair stops the arms from going all the way back. Plus the caps that cover the screws fall off; they are too small. It is sturdy and doesn't squeaking. I wish the back was a little straighter, it leans back. The lumbar doesn't adjust much. I do like the wheels and the seat. Hope it last. I work 8 to 10 hrs a day.
