After putting the chair together we found the seat uncomfortable. The arms cannot be adjusted. Cannot be raised or lowered. I'm short, and they're too short for me. Waste of money, as far as I'm concerned. Now I have to take it apart and send it back, if it can even be taken apart. I can't begin to imagine, repacking it. ... show more
