I’ve been having to sit at my computer more lately and as such I’ve experienced some lower back stiffness. This chair seems to be perfect for not only relaxing the tension, but also not creating more. The chair itself is great. It looks and feels like a luxury offering. It’s heavy, yet glides and moves easily. It has a good range of height adjustment and the arms can be moved downward and upward and in-between. Although adjustment of the arms is a bit stiff. Assembly was about as easy as it gets, until you reach one of the last steps of attaching the top portion/back of the chair. Not that it’s difficult, it was just a bit tricky to align the screws while assembling on my own. If you have a second person, it would be much easier. It was also a bit trickier as I didn’t want to risk misaligning and/or slipping and puncturing the leather, and fortunately I did not. The instructions are very clear and concise and the orientation of the pieces is very straightforward and clearly marked when relevant. The fasteners are clearly labeled and separated within a cardboard/plastic flatpack. This is standard for the most part, but I always like to see fasteners separated within distinct bags, so as to not risk spilling and mixing them when separating the plastic from the cardboard. I was careful, so there was no issue. A spare of each piece is included, which is very convenient, should one become lost during assembly; NexHut seemed to think of everything. Because it is a heavier chair, it would be best to assemble it in place, so as to avoid moving it. Not that you can’t do it, you’ll just save yourself the trouble of a heavy lift. The leather is very soft and supple. Sitting in the chair feels like a very elegant and comfortable experience. I’ll look forward to working at my computer more now! Highly recommended.

I needed a comfortable office chair and decided on this one. It is easy to assemble. It is pretty large however and heavy to carry. The lumbar support is definitely there. I'm petite sized so I feel like the chair is swallowing me but in a good way LOL. It is so comfortable that I can sleep in it, which may not be effective while trying to work! Overall I would buy again.

Our little home based business has been growing for the last year and a half and we finally decided to take on one full time and one part time employee. For this reason we needed more office chairs and this one looked great so we ordered one to try it out. We are not disappointed at all as this chair is really working out for us so far. Having the adjustable lumbar support is a gift we never realized we wanted. It works great and even though operating it is a little cumbersome, it's worth it as we have all found our own "sweet spot" for it. The chair is so roomy and the cushions are supportive enough for a full day of office work. The coasters are good quality and move from hard wood to carpet easily. I'm not thinking the material is the greatest quality but you can't have everything. Its nice looking and the arms go up or down so if you don't use them simply turn them upward and they tuck up against the chairs sides out of your way, a handy feature. The assembly process was not my favorite - it never is - and they do provide the needed wrench tool. The coasters aren't super noisy - they aren't quiet but not overbearing either if you work with someone who fidgets a bit. Overall very satisfied with this Ergonomic Office Chair, Big and Tall Leather Office Chair with Adjustable Lumbar Support that I expect will last a few good years of all day - everyday use.

I got this for my son to use and he is a big/tall man, and it is advertised as that. The chair is very nice and feels like a well made expensive office chair. The adjustable height, tilt and lumbar support can all be tailored for the person using it. The instructions are good, but you need to read them carefully. We put a piece in backwards and had to figure out how to push a piece with the included allen wrench. The instructions said push, but in actuality you had to push down, not in. Anyway, we got it all put together and the seat is super nice. It is comfortable but the lumbar support is too high for my 5'2" frame. It will be perfect for my son, but again this is suited better for people who are taller and bigger, at least 5'10" or so. I recommend this chair and fell as though it is well worth the price point.

What a comfortable office chair! I got this to replace my current office chair which is comfortable but this new chair blows my old one away. The lumbar support is fantastic. Definitely the best lumbar support on any chair I've ever owned. It's also better than most chairs that I've sat in anywhere. It seems to be made with high quality materials that will hold up for many years. Assembling the chair took a bit longer than I like, but I really don't like assembling things like this cause I get overwhelmed with the process quite easily. Thankfully, putting this together wasn't too bad. I'm completely satisfied and this chair has made sitting at the computer so much nicer!
