Horrible customer service
The bike is great! No complaints there. The customer service however was bad. I live in a gated house and was at work all day. I told them to remove the signature for delivery and they wouldn't.

Good for the money!
Good for the money, however when assembling, I highly recommend you get a metric tap set so you can clean out the black paint from inside the threads when mounting the handlebars. These screws just want to strip if you aren’t careful. After re-tapping the holes it went together with ease. To get both motors to work, you must be moving and you must press and hold the + button. Otherwise it will only utilize the rear motor and it won’t have as much torque. Happy riding. ... show more

The product arrived with broken parts...! and it doesn't work; the display turns on, but this E10 error appears. I looked for help, but I believe this error might be related to communication with the controller...! It's a really cool and good-looking product—it's just a shame it doesn't work...! :(

I live in a very hilly area (some grades over 25°) and this scooter ate up a legit 30° incline like it was flat. Dual motors + the torque curve are perfectly tuned for climbing. If you’re in mountain terrain or have steep driveways, you won’t find many scooters that can match this.

Folds easily into my SUV.
Finally a scooter built for bigger riders. The 365lb weight limit is real – I’m 300 with a backpack and it accelerates and brakes confidently. And it folds down quickly to fit in the back of my RAV4. No truck or trailer needed. Huge win for heavy-duty portability.
