I have had it for about a month now, and it's been reliable, with a long battery life and good shocks that make riding on the uneven sidewalks and roads easy. The lights are also nice for the late-night and early-morning commutes. Lastly, the thing I like most is that I don't have to push off to start; I just step on, and it goes (though this is adjustable in the settings if you read the instructions).     • Dead motor at four miles. Controller failure. Left me stranded.

Four miles. That's how long this scooter lasted before the motor cut out completely and left me pushing a dead machine a mile and a half home. The display threw an E9 fault — a controller malfunction. Not a loose connector, not a setup mistake by a first-time owner: the controller, one of the handful of parts that actually matter, failed inside the first four miles of ordinary riding, on a scooter that had arrived less than three weeks earlier. Understand what that means on the road. The motor doesn't fade or warn you. It stops. If that happens mid-intersection, on a descent, or while you're carrying speed alongside traffic, you are suddenly a passenger on an unpowered object with no drivetrain. Per the manufacturer, an active E9 means you should stop riding, because a controller fault can cause sudden power loss or unstable acceleration. That is an accurate description of what this product did to me, and nothing in the listing prepares you for it. Every selling point is downstream of the motor working. 31 MPH, 25 miles of range, dual suspension, UL2272 — none of it means anything on a scooter that won't move. I never got far enough to evaluate the range honestly, because the drivetrain died a fraction of the way into the first real ride. Also, when it was working, the scooter did not perform even close to claims even after hours of making sure the cheap controller (with NO helpful instructions) was set correctly If you're spending this kind of money, spend it with a brand that will still exist in two years. This one was a $400 lesson in what "1200W" and "31 MPH" are worth when the controller gives up before the first charge does. ... show more

Very awesome and durable scooter for the price. It got here quickly very happy with it. I also did not have to assemble anything. It came already preassembled. All I had to do is get on and right after taking out of the box and setting everything up.I got it within five days of after being shipped coming from California to Michigan.. I've already used it and looking forward to more use of it. Plus the company is very awesome at responding back. Scooter didn't last one week with my 12 year old riding it. I had the two year protection plan just incase something broke and the seller would not honor it. The seller refused to refund me and insisted on sending me the parts and having me fix it. I would not recommend this scooter, And if you do get it do not waste your money on the two year protection plan it is a joke. ... show more

Great scooter and it got here so fast. Rides great its got a 1 2 3 mode meaning first being the slowest and third being the fastest. I weigh like 200 pounds and it goes like 26 to 28 mhp. Scooter was solid and worked great…for 10miles. Was pleased with the purchase, then got a E9 error(controller fault) while going up a hill. Scooter then died and I had to walk miles back with it. I would love to try the product again, but the other review that states the same thing makes it questionable. If you want to try your luck and buy it, I would definitely consider the 2year warranty. ... show more
